Angalia

Angalia catches your attention - she has an idea! She knows of a secret path into the hyena lands...if everyone uses it to sneak in and destroy everything, perhaps your pride could triumph over them once and for all!

You pass by Angalia and nod a greeting. She is smiling calmly, and returns your greeting. That... can't be a good thing.

As you pass by, Angalia glares at you intently until you are fully out of her sight. You still feel uneasy a while afterwards.

You pass by Angalia lurking in the shadows. She narrows her eyes as she watches you walk by. You are unsure if she is showing contentment or contempt, but it unsettles you.

Angalia was born as the locust plague began, and from an early age it was clear that she shared more of her father's personality than her older sisters. She learned to hunt ruthlessly and while her methods were much more violent than the other Pride members', they could not argue that she was one of the best hunters the Pride had. She butted heads with Rukiya when the other lioness assumed control of the Pride more than once, but was unwilling to go so far that she would be banished from the Pride. Angalia's hunting methods became less brutal as time went on, in most part due to Rukiya trying to wipe away any lingering traces if Amukelani's rule, but the unsettling air that surrounded her never truly went away. Towards the end of her time, it was rumored among the cubs of the Pride that if one misbehaved, they would be placed under Angalia's care for the day, and she unwittingly became part of the reason why so many cubs were well-behaved during Rukiya's reign.
