Chapter 4: A… cow…?
"WOAHHH!! An outsider?!" The cow- er, lioness exclaimed. "There hasnt been an outsider since Asm-" "MENTHEA!!" She was cut off by Seer, who stomped her paw violently between you and the lioness you now know is called Menthea. "Go back to the cubs' den and make sure they dont catch sight of the outsider..." Once again she spoke the word as if it was a terrible thing to originate outside these mountains, you wonder what caused everyone to hate outsiders so much. Seer nipped at Menthea to quicken her pace as she trudged back to where you assume the cubs stay with their broodmothers once theyre weaned. But Menthea kept sneaking glances at you as you walked away from the mountain and into the valley, where large lush trees dappled the terrain and thick bright bushes and ferns decorated the grass, which was full of flowers. It seems some of the stories were true: this place was an oasis from the harsh, dry land outside the valley. Seer pushes into your side to keep you from gawking and you two carry on into an opening under the shade of a great tree. You see a a strange, small red lion with two large wings and a red veil across his muscular body.
