Hemlock of the Nile's Den

The main area where Skalfreid's Pride is located, is right in the center of a marshland. Oddly though, said marsh is surrounded by a thick forest, thus the pride is mostly covered by trees and has to regularly make short ventures out to the savanna if the sun's gaze is wanted. The marsh and forest are rich with life, supplying the lions with abundant hunts.

When Skalfreid first started to establish his pride in the marsh, a local leopard joined him. They became mates, but failed to provide any offspring. Although the pride did not immediately grow, Skalfreid began recruiting lionesses and his first mate aided with the construction of the Pride.

After Skalfreid was defeated in battle (and later died of natural causes) Hemlock took over. Proclaiming himself as 'Hemlock Of The Nile'. His rein as the second king of the pride is going smoothly so far, but unfortunately he has not been able to obtain an leopon or a tigon yet.
