Recently i have discovered that you cant send multiple messages to people. I have created a roleplay and the update was that people need to tell me what they offer but i had to message each of them the same thing, which there are about 15 members other than myself. So what i think you should be able to do is send multiple messages at once. Also add a reply dont the bottom and tell me why you didnt/did support.

-Edit-
As Vapor said it could cause spam but there is a way to not be able to send multiple messages to one person. I know on some places it says 'Ignore double contact?' But with LioDen it could just automatically delete the copy contact/hashtag/ID.

-Edit2-
Maybe we could only send multiple messages to friends, that way no randomness.

-Edit3-
We could have an option to turn mass messages off and a thing on our den could read 'This person has turned mass messages off'

This suggestion has 62 supports and 0 NO supports.

True, DeadNexus, but they do it now sometimes as well.

So I don't know that it would change anything to that great a degree or make more work for anyone.

I've gotten over a dozen completely random people trying to friend me. I'm not sure why. I can't figure it out. We've never talked. I don't have females I breed frequently. They haven't even fought me in PvP. Noooo idea why they want to friend me!

@Drongo
And this would only increase that, with included potential messaging spam.

I fail to see how there's an increase of message spam if you don't accept random requests?

And I highly doubt people are really going to sit around randomly trying to friend everyone in the hopes of...what?

Sending a few messages going "buy my lions"? I don't really think what you're worried about applies to the game.

Also, there IS an option to turn off friend requests. So...how can you get spammed if you can't get requested?

Well, new players are typically targets for stuff like this (Because any lion with two markings can impress)
Someone, somewhere, will accept those friend requests (I once saw someone with "Friend Me!" in their username...) and end up getting spam attacked. Sure, there are a lot of smart people in this community, but some people might accept them unknowing what could happen.

I also think that it might cause an influx of random friend requests so they can send people random ads. Although you can turn off friend requests, what if you actually get to know someone who then wants to friend you? You turn it off when you know that you strictly dont want friend requests at all.

On the other hand, if mass-messaging is truly tied to friend requests... I am not sure if people would really use it. I mean, surely you dont friend all the people you roleplay with in a group, or all your faithful buyers or those just in an auction you are holding. I know many would end up with hundreds of friends they only talked to once ._. and then wonder who they actually know in all that mess.

But if it is not tied to friend requests, then true spamming can be limitless. I dont say that it will 100% happen, just that there is a chance. However, we cannot see the future to tell for sure. We cannot assume anything.

Not to be unkind, DeadNexus, but I don't think a feature should be outright rejected because "someone somewhere might get spammed".

I suppose it's possible, but many, many more players would benefit from being able to send multiple messages to folks about various things than the risk of an occasional person getting spammed...probably once. Since after that, I assume they could easily block, remove, or otherwise deal with the issue.

I think the benefits outweigh the minimal risks so personally I support.

I see your point why you don't wish to though.

Thanks Axel.

Currently I'm tired out from this conversation and have other things to care about.
Cyaaa.

I can see that, Axel. Personally, I'd rather use multi-messaging to discuss a few things with breeding buddies or family members.

I could see how having a large RP group might be an issue. Maybe an option to put various friends into various groups? Such as Friends, Role-Plays, and similar things?
