[Human] Name: Jeremiah
Superhero Name: Smoke / Slithering Smoke
Gender: Male
Age: 20 [in human years]

Description: He is tall, around 6'6" at the shoulder, and lacks a head. Instead, a stream of smoke drifts from his neck, grey in color. It can form into different shapes, although he's still working on the ability. His best one, and most common, is the skull of a snake, with massive fangs and a bone frill along its head. He can speak quiet clearly, but that's mostly because of a device along his throat and chest that picks up his needed vibrations for speech. His skin is dark- almost black- with a hint of red, orange, and gold- especially on his underbelly. He's covered in patches of sharp scales- think alligator gar here- and has a long tail with a star-shaped tip, but with more spikes on all sides, front and back. His legs are similar to a Velociraptor's, including the claw, although the toes are a bit thicker and made for gripping smooth surfaces. Along with all this, he keeps another secret- a mouth on his stomach. It's the only way he can get food, after all, since the smoke blocks off the use of his throat for anything besides its domain.

Costume: His costume consists of a skin-tight suit with a hole for his tail, and special coverings for his feet. His neck remains uncovered unless he finds it necessary to use a small edge of cloth to cover it up. The color is pitch black, and he usually uses this to stick in the shadows for his sneak attacks. Since the mist works as his eyes, when he needs to hide it, he tends to use near-silent calls of echo-location- the pitch so high that only the most sensitive dogs, and himself, can hear it.

Personality: Jem is rather calm, but hot-tempered. It doesn't take long for him to snap, and when he does, he tends to spit fire- literally. It's easy to anger him, and so he hides away from others, usually keeping silent and trying to meditate away his urges. He can be found, most of the time, in the woods around his lair, or deep within said lair, practicing his powers and anger management. Otherwise, he's a greedy, protective individual with a heart that might have some gold. He really does want the best for others, but finds it hard to express himself.

Powers: He can start and manipulate fire and water, though fire is his stronger point. Fire is typically thrown from his hands or feet, or the tip of his tail, and his neck has the ability to spray out water if needed.

Strengths: Hot and/or humid weather powers up his, well, powers; stealth; agility; endurance.

Weaknesses: Electricity- kind of why his suit has rubber in the material; speed, to a degree; his own emotions.

Other: Nothing at the moment. Though, Jay's character made me start whispering "let it go".

So will we have our characters receive the coins in like a letter in the mail or in a locker at school?

I'm thinking they receive the coins somewhere they are at a lot. My character is an expert hacker, so she finds everything she can on the people. So, they find a coin in their bed. Or in their locker. Or on their counter. Wherever they are commonly at is where they will find the coin. ^^

Lucien is a man who looks exceptionally young for his age. He stands at 5'8, with an average build, although it is one that isn't exactly suited for combat. His eyes are a very pale color, and always rimmed with dark circles that give him the appearance of constantly being tired. He has dark brunett hair, cropped short in the back and falling across his forehead in neatly parted bangs. His preference for clothing is anything dark and name brand.

|Powers:| Extemely heighted intelligence. Lucien was altered mechanically as a child, and he isn't exactly sure what it is, but he's betting on a small chip somewhere in his brain. He has a photographic memory, and a seemingly inate knack for understanding and controlling technology of any type. Lucien is an expert hacker, and spends countless hours building his own programs and often his own computers and other devices. He tends to see things that a normal eye can't catch; hidden information about other people and situations, as if he has a computer scanner tucked somewhere behind his calculating eyes. Because of his photographic memory, Lucien knows a lot, and he likes to know a lot about other people too. He is a very skilled strategist as well.

|Uniform:| Lucien isn't big on having any kind of official outfit for his alias, since his work is usually done behind a screen and not out on the feild. But, if need be, he has tried out a few outfits, usually dark, easy to move around in, with something covering his mouth and nose, and a hood to hide his eyes.
He has been working on a major project for a while though: he is constructing himself a pair of mechanic wings.

|History:| Lucien grew up in a very wealthy family, where his parents were distant and friends were hard to find. He was kicked out of private school by 14, and instead was tutored at home by the best teachers his parents could find.
Lucien easily became a recluse. He kept himself locked up in his room most of the time, buried behind books or sitting in front of one of his many computers.
His father was a strictly religious man, and probably the first root of his many problems that only grew as he got older. In the fleeting moments Lucien would interact with his father, it would be laced with religious doctrine. Every time he would get in trouble, he would be punished by "the word of the lord". Lucien began to fear this twisted illusion of God that his father gave him, and this fear only grew more dark and caustic, nestled in his subconscious all of this time.

|Personality:| Lucien has always been a troubled kid. Because of his upbringing, he was constantly trapped in his own head. He views life as a big game of chess, and has an obsession with always being one step ahead. His intelligence may be his only good attribute, however.
Lucien is an asshole. He is selfish, cold, rude, and arrogant. He is extremely awkward in the sense that he has no clue on how to form emotional connections with other people, and he is entirely unafraid to step over social boundries. This awkwardness does not mean that he is shy, however. Lucien is very straightforward and blunt, unafraid to voice his own opinion, and often determined to make it heard.
He is very self entitled, being the spoiled rich kid that he is, and almost has his own 'God complex' in an ironic way.
Lucien is an unpredictable young man. He has no perception of consequences, or other people's feelings, for that matter. As he grew up, Lucien became very careless, almost rebellious. He would pick fights at school, sometimes purposely, although they would usually result in him walking away with a bloody nose and a black eye. His major break came when he was 17, when he managed to hack into a major government-run system under the name "Archangel". He spent a week in jail, and his father tried everything he could to cover up the news stories. When asked why he did this, the only answer Lucien gave was that he had a message to prove to humanity.

|Strengths:| Lucien relies on his own brain for everything. His intelligence would be his first strength. He is good at reading people and perceiving things, which is coupled with his obsessive nature of planning for everything. He can be manipulative in order to get his way.

|Weaknesses| Obsessive, reckless to the point of being self destructive, and very ill-suited for fighting or anything physically challenging, really. Despite his cold nature, he can be easily effected, and has a temper that can get out of hand.
His most powerful weakness would be his mental instability. Lucien suffers from an undiagnosed form of schizophrenia. He usually experiences insomnia, and at it's worst, delusions. To ease these symptoms, Lucien gets his hands on anything he can. He has been on and off a new, expensive, and very illegal drug for a while, and his addiction may become a hindrance in the future.

Hey guys! So, before I write the first post, I want to get your opinions. What type of plot would you prefer?

*The villains have taken over the world, and pretty much dominate everything, taking out anyone in their way. There are few heroes left, and we have to fight back.

*Or, just random villains, maybe a group of them or something, that don't rule the world or anything, they just cause trouble sometimes.


Which would you guys prefer? Or something different entirely? ^^
