You could of been a petty thief, sneakily snatching things from passing dogs and selling them for a high price, or a no good drug dealer, owning a large business and earning millions, or maybe your just down right insane. All types of dogs, no matter the crime end up here, at Broken Hill State Prison. It's almost impossible to escape this tight security facility, and most dogs here have a life sentence, often dying here and never getting to see the outside world again. Some grow crazy living in here, while others don't really seem to mind.

While this prison may be inescapable, the prisoners here have set up a delicate hierarchy. Of course the wardens and guards are at the utmost top, though the top prisoners are often from level four, striding around like they own the place. The lower levels are either to scared to speak up, incase they get mauled, or some just really don't care. From there it goes to level three, two then one. While it is uncommon the level ones sometimes get released, though are often picked on by the higher levels.

Now you got the hang of things, would you care to join us in this wacky prison? Or maybe this all might seem a bit to much? No need to fear, we don't bite. Well, the prisoners might.

Name: Sludge or Sled, depending on who you ask. Doesn't particularly care what you call him, as a result others will often either get his name wrong and never be corrected, or assign him some sort of nickname.

Age: 3 and 1/2

Breed: "Alaskan" Husky (A type of mix between a husky and another northern breed, bred with speed and endurance in mind.)

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Bi-sexy, as he likes to call himself. (Bisexual)

Crush: None, as of now

Appearance: ruby.jpg
A naturally athletic dog, although not unusually powerful as he is in fact a bit lazy, about the size of a typical husky. He finds collars, bracelets, etc. rather uncomfortable, but does have his right ear pierced, where he always wears a small silver ring. He also has a small notch at the base of his left ear, as well as a branding of a Staff of Aesculapius on his left shoulder.

Cause for being jailed: Thievery. I don't mean petty burglary or breaking into museums or any of that jazz, either. No, Sludge was the type for a straight-up Ocean's Eleven style heist. He had been at it for a while before he finally got caught, hitting casinos, banks, everything you could think of. He was, as it were, one of the best in the business.

Personality: A laid-back fellow who doesn't care about much other than when mealtime is, he doesn't get involved in fights, gangs, etc. like most do. He's likable enough, great with conversation and gets along pretty well with just about everyone, from the greenest newbie to the most volatile of prisoners, but doesn't get attached to anyone either, avoiding making friends just as he avoids making enemies. Something that sets him apart from most of the other prisoners is the fact he rarely drinks, gambles, or does drugs. Highly intelligent and the smoothest talker you'll ever meet, his silver tongue is his ticket out of trouble. A bit of a flirt, very confidant, and a high opinion of himself, but still more than ready to put his pride aside for his own well-being. He has a few extra privileges and his sentence has been shortened thanks to good behavior (although he's still got more jail time than years left in him.) He has relaxed, humorous approach to life despite his acute pessimism and generally low opinion of dog-kind as a whole.

History: He was born into a family of serious sled dogs and raised to follow suit, sent to a training camp at a young age. However, he had no interest in any of it, as the often short life of a sled dog was one full of brutal work with little reward. Sludge, for the most part, simply skated through the academy, relying on his mind and his words. Once he graduated (this is when he received the branding, as all of the students did) he went straight to the city. He was signed onto his first job through a matter of coincidence. Someone had attempted to mug him, but he put his sharp wit and smooth words to use, he successfully talked the mugger into simply walking away. Turns out a dog in the bar Sludge was next to had been watching the whole thing, and had been rather appreciative of Sludge's abilities, he himself being a veteran thief. He introduced himself to Sludge, and after a few short weeks came to trust him. He offered Sludge a position in the heist he was planning, the target being an ambitious one; a huge, famous casino in that very city. Sludge had taken the job with little hesitation, not having the best morals, and it suited him. The plan was derailed midway through the execution, but they managed to salvage it thanks in no small part to Sludge's quick thinking and excellent persuasive abilities. Thus was the beginning of a successful career. Sludge quickly worked his way up to bigger and bigger jobs, becoming simultaneously one of the most adored and one of the most infamous dogs in the country. To the majority of the world, he was a handsome, clever, and wealthy dog (think Tony Stark) who had earned his money through playing the stock market, rising above his humble roots. To the underworld, he was a brilliant mastermind, his identity a secret but his work a legend. He was finally caught and put away when a heist he had joined went sour thanks to a rookie on the team, who had brought everything to the police after a sudden change of heart. He was convicted and sent to Broken Hill State Prison, although the police never connected him to the rest of his work.

No. They would have to accept the new characters and make the thread. So no.
