She definitely has human features, lol. That's how I draw my furry c:

I pretty much want the picture to be me and my furry back to back.

My eyes are light/bright blue and I'm pretty tall xD Either you could make my furry and I the same height or my furry a tad shorter. Piercings I have are 1" gauges(black silicone, so you can see through them), septum, and Angel Bites(all hoops with ball studs, they also all have little gems on them). The piercings my furry has are angel bites(studs), septum(horseshoe), double spider bites the inner piercings being hoops and the outer ones being spiked studs(i could upload a pic for you to show you what I mean lol), bridge, double brow barrel on left brow, gauges(you don't have to interpret these), industrial bars through both ears(you don't have to interpret these either), surface piercings, belly button piercing(which happens to be a feather c:).

So if you could do that for me I'd love you forever ; v ; And you can give me an estimate price? <3 If not then that's fine :)

Sorry, but I've absolutely no idea what any of the piercings you described are. ; u ;
If you're okay with adding them yourself/hiring someone else to add them in, I could definitely do the base of the picture though!

It would be around 5 USD or so with no color, just clean lineart, and 10 USD with color. ^^

I use SAI, but I can export it as a PSD if needed. c:
And as for lineart examples, I have nothing current, but I can definitely whip up something when I get home later. ^^
