Rising StormSign Ups' and Main ThreadSilver Stream Pack ThreadYou reach a stream that runs through green plains. To the left and right are grass lands that stretch almost as far as the eye can see, bordered by thick forest. It seems peaceful and welcoming on either side but you feel a force pulling you, urging you to go left. This is the first step of your journey. It's dark in the trees. You've finally made it across the plains and are now somewhat lost in the forest. You're about to turn back when a strong scent of wolves hits your nose. Now you're running towards what seems like more forest when suddenly you burst through the thick tree-line and are greeted by a beautiful lake. A tree, its' twisted roots digging into the surrounding ground, sits delicately on the edge of the water. This is your home. Shared Areas:(Images are not mine! Full credit goes to their owners!)  ~(This is where the packs meet and discuss things with each other, kind of like a gathering. The alphas and betas sit on the pile of stones while the rest of the pack sits in the leafy area below. Gatherings will only be held if the alphas agree to hold one. Placed where the two territories join.)  ~(This is the Crystal River that divides the two territories. To the left is the Twisted Roots Pack territory and the right, Silver Stream Packs' territory. On either side is where both packs do most of their hunts.) Rules:~No perfect characters, godmodding or power playing. ~Lioden Rules apply. ~Please keep swearing to a minimum. ~Try to be original with your wolfs' power or mutation. ~3+ sentences. Please be literate. If you don't speak fluent english please don't join. ~Do not kill or seriously injure another character without their owners permission. (Higher ranks may lightly scathe any rank lower than them only if necessary.) ~Hunts do not happen instantly and are not always successful. (More with larger prey.) As well as sickness, wolves do not get over a sickness in a matter of minutes. ~Feel free to cause drama but don't do it all the time. ~Only past tense writing please. 1st or 3rd person are both ok. ~Fade to black only if mating, birthing is ok. ~Be nice to everyone! ~Put your favourite number in Other if you've read the rules. ~When Posting put please state more than the characters name at the top of the post. ~No Wolf Speak. Eg: Oculus instead of eye. ~If crossing a border by mistake, post the crossing in both packs threads but make it clear in the other packs' thread that you're going to immediately return to your own territory. ~If crossing the border on purpose or to have confrontation with the other pack wolves, post the crossing in both threads but continue to Rp in the opposite packs' thread. (Any more suggestions? Feel free to say them!) Twisted Roots Pack ~(This is the main gathering area in the packs' territory. When a meeting is held the alpha and beta will often perch on a tree branch. The dens are slightly further into the trees, with the alphas den being in the middle and the omega and subordinates' dens on the outside of the others.) Lucifer|4 Yrs.|Female| Sentinel| Her ears flattened slightly to ignore the sound. All at once she released the dropping deer, a low whine exiting her muzzle. All her energy had been mostly drained from holding the struggling deer, and she was a bit dizzy on her feet. Black spots entered her vision and faded away after a few minutes of her remaining still. "Remind me to never hold that many again." She mumbled quietly before shaking herself off and grabbing a smaller doe's leg and beginning to drag. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Gebo|3 Yrs.|Male|Nothing Instead of following the others on the hunt, he padded closer to Fang and Azar. "Eh, hunting isn't my pro. I'd just get in the way." He said, bored out of his mind. Perfect idea! His mind. He put an image of a enemy wolf in front of him, but made sure it was only visible for him so just to make sure no one else saw his fake opponent. He growled and charged after it, battling the drone with ease. In his mind, he could feel the pain and see the marks it was leaving on him, but no one else could. He finally killed the fake image, panting hard and sitting on his haunches, soon falling over willingly onto his side. Maybe once he regained his strength he'd practice some more, in attempt to make it up for not joining the hunt (Using his ability at the moment no he isn't crazy xD) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Jax|2 Yrs. 3 M.|Female|Warrior| After Fang called the meeting to an end, Jax set out to patrol. Jax patrolled the edge of the territory, re-marking the territory lines. By the time I'm done patrolling the boarder, no wolf from Silver Stream will wander into our territory. At least without knowing that we'll chase them off... Jax thought to herself. Finally making her way back to camp, she spotted a rabbit in the underbrush. Crouching low, she slowly crept closer to the unknowing rabbit. She quickly leaped and killed the rabbit, then continued to return to camp with her kill. It's not very big but it'll feed a pup... Aluna || Female || Pup She hurried after Stena after a moment of confused hesitation- it's all happening so quickly!- and soon realized it would take all of her speed and strength to keep up with the scout. Even so, she was falling behind a little, but never more than a few dozen feet; she could always sense her nearby. She stopped in the cover of a tree as they reached the pack of deer, and Aluna watched with a mix of fascination and fear at the struggling deer who dropped as Stena let out a loud, shrilling howl that would have sent Aluna to her knees had she not heard her warning. She tried to fight off the small tinge of guilt for not joining the hunt and helping to bring down the deer, but it wasn't working very well. She found herself trapped in a sudden desire to prove herself capable. Maybe... she knew very well she had powers, but she had never really explored them before; there hadn't been a need to. Hesitatingly, she gathered her energy and searched the area of a small prey. For a long time, nothing happened. She had just started to worry that somehow she had been mistaken; that she didn't have a power, that it had all been fantasies; but then a bright spark of energy connected with her mind, and she almost jumped and broke the contact, but curiosity kept her put. And then she knew that about 100 metres into the woods, a rabbit was hiding under a bush, too scared to move. Overjoyed that she had accomplished it, she darted inbetween the trees, toward the direction of the rabbit. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Jax walked out of the camp, and back into the woods. She scented a nearby pack mate as she walked through the woods, as well as a rabbit. Maybe they can help me hunt something... Even though Jax was a warrior, she still enjoyed hunting. Jax walked closer to the packmate, and was startled as the rabbit shot off. Oops....Hope they weren't hunting that.... Jax could see Aluna, the only pup in the pack, a few feet ahead of her. I wonder what she's doing out... "Hello, Aluna. Did some one bring you out here?" 0 players like this post! Like? |

"Besides, my watchers have been absent for days." She trotted alongside the wolf, wishing she'd walk a little slower.
