Nearly seconds after she balanced herself on a low branch, Rajat was circling the tree. Maybe it was the adrenalin rushing through her but, Daphne was wired on the show of his tracking ability. Watching him as she was from the tree, Daphne’s fur ruffled at the sound Rajat made. It was drastically different from the demand she expected. It was low and powerful and every bit male; but it was more of a plea. Something Daphne wasn’t used to at all and it called to her in a way he couldn’t possibly understand. In a way she didn’t understand herself. With all his strength and power, Rajat could have easily knocked the tree down and her out of it but he didn’t. Still for all the brawns he had his brain was just as developed.
He learned from every moment and movement around him. Rajat new how to speak to each wolf around him, how to hold himself and when to keep silent. ”Just the kind of males I hate” She thought slipping from the branch and next to her ‘mate’. ”But I can appreciate the potential; it can be… trained.” In answer to his call she brushed herself along his side.

Struggling to focus on something else besides the pain in her paw, Belle was startled into a halt when something scrambled into camp. Growling and calling out for food, like it would just appear if it continued to call; the wolfs behavior was something the black pup hand never seen. Its actions though seemed to force a reaction from Calyx. The male charged to the front of the group, protectively flaring out his fur. Belle blinked at him and in that second his fur became a vibrant red, adding to his size and look of danger. Instinctively the female pup stayed close to her friend, who now looked the part of the most dangerous wolf. But a more intellectual part of her made her look back at Iah.
She wasn’t Beta for no reason right? Iah wouldn’t let them be hurt under her watch. Just like an alpha her job was to take care of the wellbeing and future of the pack. Right? Belle’s mind was spinning a mile a minute trying to rationalize the situation. This was her cooping mechanism to emotion. She didn’t react outwardly like Calyx and Rahese. No she hid away in her mind…. And panicked in privacy.

He gave Raven a small nod, ”Rainar was just saying something about that to me. I do believe a hunt was how I started to woo you.” Letting her lean into his side as he spoke. Ears twitching and eyes flicking back to his charge from time to time. ” It’s a smaller pack to feed, but a harder season to hunt in. Rainar might give you a run for your money, Lead Huntress.” His tone was playful but it was a true concern. Raven wasn’t the idea coloring for a winter hunt and Rainar was in heat. So showing off her skills would only be in her favor to attract a mate.

She left camp in a upbeat mood. The pups were always a breath of fresh air and even being a little odd, Kashi like to spend time around them. Enjoying the winter sun for a bit longer Kashi made her was down and around camp. Until she caught up with some of the other pack members, hunting would be useless. There was no way she could bring down a deer on her own and smoking rabbits out was a job for two. ”With Iah watching the pups and the others MIA, there’s nothing to do but patrol.”

"Yes!" he said, louder than he meant to. "Oops, sorry... I meant, yes. Didn't mean to be so loud." His heart raced as he came to his new mate's side. "Well, the day sure is passing fast. The sun's already setting, and we ought to get a good seat now, right? Maybe if we're lucky, there'll be no other wolves there yet." he then said. "Follow me!" And he ran off to the gathering place, next to the challenging arena. It was really just an old abandoned fox burrow that was big enough to fit the whole pack. Climbing in, he waited for Tihanii to come too.

Makeera then howled the call of the Pup Celebration starting. It was really called a "Kyllangar," which literally meant "celebration of the surviving pups." After that, she made her way to the Setting Suns border, in order to invite them to the Kyllangar, in order to start over the truce. She finally found Daphne, who was... in a tree? And Rajat was near it too, trying to get to get to Daphne. "Oh, hello, alphas of Settign Suns pack! I believe we got on the wrong paw yesterday at the feast. I thought that maybe we could start over by inviting you to my pack's Kyllangar, or Pup Celebration. We celebrate that pups had survived during the year, if any did survive. And we give thanks to the Elemental Wolves for allowing the pups to survive. I suggest you join us, there will be food, the gammas will be telling stories from the past of how things came to be, and much more! Be sure to bring any pups with you though, they do certainly get... special treatment today." she offered, going on and on, not stopping to take a breath.

Shaking the dirt that had collected onto his fur from crawling down the burrow, he scanned for a good seat. "Well, love, seems we're in luck. The place is empty, not even the gammas are here yet!" he informed Tihanii joyfully. The floor had several moss beds, while the front row was lined with animal pelts that had been skinned off using sharp teeth and claws, and the blood licked away. The pelts were those of deer, elk, bobcat, fox, and one was that of a bear, reserved for the alpha male. The one reserved for the alpha female was that of a raccoon. "How about we choose the pelts in the front row, they are the comfiest. Maybe we could choose two of the fox pelts, they are the softest and most beautiful, in my opinion. Obviously you're prettier than a fox, but you're no pelt." he asked, smiling. Walking over to two fox pelts next to each other, he circled on a silver one three times before curling up onto it.
