Angel woke up in a big cage. The girl looked around as her back hurt and giant raven wings were forced out of her back and spread open as her arms connected to them

Micheal 'Mike' Fletcher.
The black haired man's green eyes blinked awake sleepily, his gaze glancing about the lab. He was injected then put to sleep, but he noticed he was awake in a cage he was barely large enough to fit in. A yawn escaped his throat and he looked across the the room to see a pale young woman. She had a pair of large wings sprouting from her back. He opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out. He felt something on his head and he reached his hands over, only to feel he'd pricked himself.

Mike removed his hand to notice a pair of long, unnatural nails- claws, he supposed. He felt for his head again, tugging on it. He flinched and he presumed they were ears. He sighed and looked about the room, looking for anybody of interest.

Angel saw some one else in the cage with her (mike) she looked at him and her arms came out of her wings which made her fly onto the ceiling.

Micheal 'Mike' Fletcher.
He returned his gaze to hear the sounds of gusting wind. His eyes locked on the pale woman, realizing she was around adolescents. She was a teenager. His ears flicked and he watched her fly. He wondered how she learned so quickly, perhaps out of instinct for her new blood. Mike wondered if the same sudden realization would come to him about surviving or basic instinct. He hoped it wouldn't- it'd prove quickly to be bothersome.

Shoving the thoughts out of his mind, he waved to the teenage girl and called up at her. His voice sounded far different, he noticed, but not to the point where it was a large one. His vocal cards were mixed with those of a hyena's. "Hello!"

Angel dropped down into the ground while looking at him. She kept her wins spread " w-what happened!" She said.

It all happened so fast Audrey could barley keep up with what was going on. She was walking home when a bunch of men grabbed her and stuck her in her in van. She had been blindfolded the entire ride to where the lab was and when the blindfold was removed she was in a chair surrounded by a few guards and they vaguely told her their plans. The started to ask her questions to see if it matched the information they had on her but she only gave them hostile responses. Seeing as she was becoming rebellious the guards had started to get near her and grabbed her by the arms and attempted to put her in a bath filled with grey wolf DNA. The brunette started to struggle against them by kicking and even biting a few of their arms. The scientists seeing they had no other choice injected her with anesthetics while she was occupied and once she was unconscious proceeded to inject the grey wolf DNA.

When she had awoken it felt like her skull had cracked wide open.Groggily getting into a sitting position she saw a man who looked like he was part Hyena and girl with large bird wings flying above them. "What the hell?" She went to rub her eyes as if to awaken herself from a dream only to see her nails had become sharper and stronger, almost claw like. Astonished she began to look and feel over her body finding she had wolf ears on her head and even a wolf tail! A tail I tell you! "This can't be happening, this CAN'T be happening!" she whined to herself silently. As she spoke she even felt her teeth different than normal. "What the hell did they do to me!" right when she said 'me' she accidentally let out a howl elongating the word longer than she meant to.

His ears perked and looked to see a canine-like girl. She couldn't of been older than 20. He blinked briefly, but looked back to the teenager, deciding that he didn't want to interact with the wolf-girl. It wasn't within his best interests, and besides, he was already having a 'conversation'. It'd be rude to ignore it. Mike looked up at the flying, black winged girl and said, "You signed a form of consent to be genetically modified 'for the better'." He explained, shrugging his shoulders.

It wasn't as though he knew about the project in itself. He decided it sounded cool to be a hyena, hoping that it wouldn't be drastic. He assumed they were bluffing, that they were lying, just like the last time somebody promised him something so extreme. But, apparently not. He regretted his decisions, in some way. He thought for a moment, wondering if he'd be able to consume plants still.

Angel went near him and touched his ear " your ears are fluffy" she said and smiled. The girl was a bit closer to him then before " well what now" she said

Being near Mike she obviously over heard what he said and growled lowly and mumbled to herself "I didn't sign up for jack squat! and I refuse to be part of this" She had tried to stand only to find herself still weak from the sudden DNA changes. Not sure what else to do to walk she got on all fours with surprising ease and walked over to where she expected the cages lock to be blushing with embarrassment with how she had to move around for the moment. Getting back into a sitting position she tried to find a keyhole of some kind to try and pick with her claw like nails. Sure she may have had no lock picking skills but she could at least try, her hand fumbled through the bars trying to find a lock only to find no locks there. "No locks? now how can we get out?" Her blue eyes looked around the entire cage trying to find an exit of some kind.
