That would truly be a shame. When the Clan Studs thread was up-to-date, it was a really nice resource to find ideal studs for breeding the exclusive combo bases, and such. I just thought it would be nice to start a new thread, with the currently active clan members. Sure, the thread may have to be deleted and remade once a year, or so, in order to purge inactive players, but overall, I feel as if the clan studs thread was a major draw for the clan. It was something that made this clan have substance and provided a reason to be a clan member, beyond just using raffles as incentive.

After all, this is a clan which is intended to be dedicated fully to red lions, so it would be nice to see a bit more emphasis placed on them. There are plenty of ways to do just that - whether it be through a clan studs thread, or by incorporating various other activities, such as featuring a member's lion each week as an honorary mascot, or by holding contests where members receive a random prompt (such as "I fell into a burning ring of fire"), and then must deck out their red lions with decor and backgrounds to try and conform to the prompt in clever and creative ways (or use the Wardrobe to do so, if players lack ideal lions or decor). The winners of such contests could receive a prize (bonus points if the prize matches the prompt in some way).

Anyway, that's just my two cents on the matter. We have such a large clan, so it would be great to engage clan members by reopening the opportunities that existed in the past, as well as provide exciting, fresh opportunities, in order to rekindle interest in the clan and allow it to thrive once more.

I'm sorry but right now I have been doing the best I can on my own after a few years off the game.

As far as I'm concerned the raffles are set so that clan members would have a chance to aqcuire items that would otherwise cost them dearly in some sort of fun way - many items raffled off would actually sell much better than the money the clan gets from the raffles - which in essence could be providing more funds for the clan.

The clan threads have been redone 3 times already in the history of clan's existence, there might still be a few floating around from former admins that have gone inactive that unfortunately only they could now delete. I would rather wait a little longer so that I could re-do them properly and make them as clear and functional as possible, as well as have the time to take care of them.

When it comes to various "activities" I am sorry but this has never been a clan that would do clan roleplay, outfitting contest or the weekly "lion highlight".It has always been more so giveaways, raffles, sales, studs - all of them optional for members to participate in. Despite the clan's size the prizes in raffles or any giveaways are provided by members, sometimes people can give more, some months it's my own pockets getting emptied, there isn't any steady flow of things we could just give out as prizes and I would never ask anyone to doneate regularly, I do not agree with clan fees and never have.

Just came back from a year or so of hiatus and am trying to get more into the breeding aspect of the game! I've got a project for a Madagascar lion that I might turn into my king as I've gotten a bit tired of this boy's looks lol

My current king is a red base though, he just doesn't look like it ;) He's got the Seth base, while my side's king is Fiery, though he's in need of a makeover. Clan members will get a discount on both!

Hi everyone! I'm still kind of new to Lioden and getting the hang of it. First thing I started focusing on was red eyes because I love how they look. I'm slowly getting the hang of the rest. I do however have a silly question I hope I will not be judged a total noob for asking.
Does lineage come into play when breeding? I've been adopting.......alot. Some of the cubs I've kept because their parents had what I want, in hopes the parents genetics will be passed to the babes of the adopted cub.
I hope I'm explaining right, but dont want to ramble in my first post here lol

In Lioden genetics only the direct parents of the cub are taken into consideration, so the granparents' genetics have no influence over what a cub will look like.

Lol, I've become obsessed with the reds now. Some of the red marking even is gorgeous! I just had 7 Cubs today and it's heart breaking because 3 beautiful males, but will not have room :-(
