I also ended up hearing about Star vs. the Forces Of Evil thanks to Gravity Falls, I'm a big fan of that show as well. Alright, I'm making an example Third Character sign-up sheet. I'll RP the character eventually, but for now let's not RP the Third characters. Increase, I think. It all depends on what all happens. I just decided to do that so we wouldn't be restricted for now. I already made one, it's Chara. Make sure you read the rules above it!
