Floren had shifted his eyes, Trying to understand the pun. Pondering through his thoughts, He had been too distracted to notice a snowflake falling on his nose yet again. With life feeling cruel, He had sneezed, Some of the snow stuck between his fur flying out.

"S-sorry about that.." He turned red-orange, Seeing that two skeletons had heard him sneeze, And one of them had heard him twice. Realizing he had completely forgotten what a palatine was, "Er.. What's a palatine?" He asked, Embarassed.

I'm editing a major part of Floren, So it might be a bit more easier to see rather than make you guys have to go back to page 2 just to see the major edit.

Name: Floren

Age: Mid 20's

Gender: Male

Race: Koila (Koala+Koi fish)

Height: 5'4

Personality : He's quiet, And often had a bad time (HA) talking to strangers, Unless they seemed friendly to him, Where he'd talk more, But not that often. He often hits things with his tail to see if the unknown object would hurt him. Floren, being the slightly-stereotypical introvert, Had a hard time saying "no" to others. He also has a tendency to binge eat and stuff bottles of water under his bed to keep him hydrated most of the day, Which meant he had a very messy room. He likes to take long naps, But enjoys power naps just as much. He was also pretty dense, And wasn't very smart compared to others like Sans and Alphys. He knew simple things like math and grammar, But wasn't very good at more complicated things, Such as anatomy and physics.

After hearing of the news about the human(s) entering the underground, He had grown slightly paranoiac, Humans from what he had read, Were powerful and always got what they wanted- like the entire surface to themselves. He had stayed inside his home more often, Therefore shutting out most contact with other monsters and becoming more introverted.

/Post-pacifist/ After he had went to the surface, He had been trying to see everything. Floren had soon gotten used to living in a world full of people, Who gave him weird looks. He had been slightly suspicious, Hearing about a group of people that wanted the monsters dead, or atleast back into the underground, Which was conveniently nicknamed H.A.M by someone.

Appearance: He looks like a humanoid koala in a sense, He has a tuft of "hair" as he calls it, Covering his right eye. He has a long tail sticking from his behing aswell, It's a white fish tail, With orange and black patches littering the surface of it. He wears an oversized faded blue shirt, That hangs off his shoulders and covers his hands, But leaving his fingers bare. Floren wears peach/orange shorts, With a hole cut into it for his tail to go through. His fur is a light gray, With his eyes a dark brown.

Relationship-thingies (these change when post-pacifist):

Toriel : He's never head of her, But her name feels familiar to him (due to Toriel being the past queen of the Underground).

Sans : He's heard of the short skeleton, Everyone has. Floren's never personally talked to him, Or seen him around. //changed during the roleplay with Arial

Papyrus : He doesn't know him very well, But has seen him around a couple of times.

Undyne : He respects her, But finds her quite rude and scary.

Alphys : He is not familiar with her.

Asgore : Floren thinks he's nice, And wants to meet him personally someday.

The two skeletons continued to talk for a moment. Arial was reminded of the other monster's presence by that sneeze. She turned her head towards Floren, and then back to Sans. "Yeah, I have to go. I'll drop by Grillby's later." Arial spoke, nodding to the other skeleton.

Sans left, after taking a Nice Cream for himself and leaving through one of his "Shortcuts".

" Um. I really don't remember." Arial replied to Floren, scratching her skull with a finger for a moment. A skeleton that does not know bones. Great.

He scratched his head, "Eh.. It's fine.." He mumbled, A bit disappointed that he didn't know what something he probably should have known. Staring at Sans, He had suddenly remembered about Arial saying something about "Grillby's", Whatever that was.

"Grillby's??" Floren asked, Raising his eyebrows. He had lived in the Hotlands before moving to Snowdin, But had never heard of this thing called "Grillby's" ever in his life. "What's a Grillby's?"

"Grillby's is a restaurant here in town, Floren." Arial explained, stepping a bit closer to the NC cart and asking for two Nice Creams. One for her, and one for Floren of the same flavour he had asked about earlier.

"Oh." Floren said, Facepalming at his stupidity. Noticing the skeleton requesting for the nice creams, He panicked and quickly spit out the g he had stored in his cheek (i regret this so much-), Wiping the saliva with his shirt.

He handed the coins to Arial, "Here I guess?" He said unsure, Hoping that she wouldn't be disgusted or weirded out like the residents of the Hotlands.

Thankfully she did not notice him do this, and took the G before handing him the Nice Cream. "Well... You didn't have to." She smiled, or continued to helplessly smile, starting to lick at the Nice Cream. Wait, lick? Her tongue... Was a lavender color. Probably magic.

"Ooh," Floren stared at the lavender-coloured organ (no thanks i feel awkward writing this) in interest, "Do you have magic?" He piped up, Having already finished more than half of the nice cream. Apparently, He found it that good.

He was always interested in magic that some monsters had- Especially ones that had special effects to others, Like Muffet. Magic was mostly powerful, And it looked cool too.
