Unseen magic has begun its work here. The descendants and allies of King Galbatorix himself have begun to rise - as if the King himself is returning. The days of the dragon riders have begun once again, and we must rise to destroy the threats that have begun to surface. Rise, my brave warriors and Dragon Riders, and we shall fight once more.

The Riders
MV5BMzQxNjA1Mjc0NF5BMl5BanBnXkFtZTcwOTMy

The Riders are men and women who are bonded to a dragon. They are bonded for life; when a dragon dies, his rider lives on. When a rider dies, however, so does their dragon. Riders are skilled in both aerial and ground combat once fully trained, and can conduct magic from their bond with their dragon. Elves have a higher chance of being chosen, although most riders will be human.

Riders: (5/6)
Lyanna Firenze-Partner: Belynda (Calla N.)
Rider Olsen-Partner: Zircon-Jacques
Lewanna Yeager-Partner: Entchantna-Dick Grayson
Rose Hart- Partner: Aloys- Chrsticat15
Kade Ezrindaughter-Partner: Verdi-Nyanunix
Radia Karrant-Partner: Salanthis -Jacques

The Dragons

Eragon-and-Saphira-harry-potter-eragon-a

Dragons will stay in their egg forever until they find the one - the person to share their being with. They can only speak telepathically to their riders, and are skilled in combat. They can be any size, color, shape, etc. and can breathe substances such as fire and frost. They will start out as eggs.

Dragons: (6/6)
Entchant-Partner: Lewanna Yaeger-MiniBear
Belynda-Calla N.-Partner: Lyanna Firenze
Zircon-Atlas-Partner: Rider Olsen
Aloys-Partner: Rose Hart-- Dick Grayson
Verdi-Partner: Kade Ezrindaughter-Nyanunix
Salanthis-Partner: Radia- Bailey

The Warriors
These are men and women who have trained for battle their entire life. They can be any kind of person, and can come from anywhere. They will accompany the Riders and their dragons on their journey to destroy the new threats. They do not have dragons themselves, although they can ride another's dragon if allowed.

Warriors: (Unlimited amount)
Evelyn Forestyne-Atlas
Gerrit Walker-Dick Grayson
Reagen Reedsson-PotatoLord
Cobal Ventch-Jacques
Mavrin-Bailey
Korathan Mirthgazer-Dew

Rules
-Only one dragon per person. Only six can join the roleplay, as I don't want an insane amount of dragons.
-No godmodding.
-No instant kills.
-No Gary or Mary Sues. Everyone has weaknesses.
-I allow cussing, but please don't flood your post with curse words
-Fade to black during sexual scenes.
- Put your opinion of the Eragon movie in the Other section. (I am very curious to what others think; I have heard varying opinions.)

I'M FINALLY DONE WITH THAT.

I'm confused about one thing, though: what do you mean by 'powers'? Dragons can't control their magic at all; though they use it and require it to live, they can't actually harness that power to work a spell, and from what I've read (says me, who has read all of the books several times and is currently in the middle of Inheritance, well I may have a problem) they don't have powers specific to each dragon, either.

Ah, well, that was the only thing I couldn't remember from the books XD. Thank you for refreshing my memory, I got confused with another series. I'll take the power thing off XD. You don't have to add it.

ATTENTION PEOPLE, I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE. THE POWERS SECTION SHOULD NOT BE ADDED TO THE FORMS, AND I ASK THAT YOU PLEASE TAKE THAT OFF. THANK YA.

@Nyanunix- Also, both your forms have been accepted. We just need a few more warriors and we can start.

And weren't werecats described to all look kinda the same?

"When originally writing the werecats, Christopher Paolini had a very specific species of cat in mind: the caracal! The caracal is “a fiercely territorial medium-sized cat ranging over Western Asia, South Asia and Africa.” This offers readers an interesting glimpse into the direction Christopher was originally taking with this race."

It's also stated they can pass as regular cats - they were used for spy work in book four, and I think the quote is something along the lines of 'who would suspect the unusually large cat dozing by the wall to be an enemy spy?'

I'm just saying that because I was looking at applications and everyone had like, big cat breeds for their werecat to turn into.

Hmm, that I can vaguely remember. I suppose I could let that one detail go, as long as it doesn't get in the way. But I don't think I will be allowing anymore werecats now, as it seems like everyone will want to make one.

I was just asking, because now that I've gotten all my things squared away, I started getting really confused. XD

I can delete my werecat if it's that much of an issue. I'm probably better off with one character anyway.

Oh, no, it's not an issue! We need warriors XD. You and the other werecat are the exception, I just wanted to discontinue the idea of having one after two were made, because I didn't want every warrior to be a werecat.

I appreciate that, but I feel pretty stupid now and if Nyan felt the need to point it out I'm assuming details like that are important to her. So I'll just stick with my rider. My motivation is at an all time low anyway so as stated I'm probably better off with a single character.

Alright, that's fine. Don't feel stupid. Not everybody can memorize everything from the books. (Hey, the mistake I made earlier voiced that fact XD)

Toes, you've got like ten characters in like every other RP. XD I don't know how you're not stressed all the time.

And details are important to me (especially when the RP or story in question is based off of a book or movie that I love); I'd be lying if I said I didn't care, but it's a pretty small thing. Nothing to delete characters over. You shouldn't feel stupid over anything, because that's just how I am. I pick up on little details, like the description of the werecats, which couldn't have been more than a paragraph long in a book three inches thick. It isn't your fault that you had forgotten or that you simply didn't pick up on it. Remember; I've read these books several times, and I'm always noticing new things that I'd accidentally skipped over or didn't really remember.

I probably exaggerated there so I do apologize. :') I deal with depression and it tends to make me overly sensitive on bad nights. The fact that I have like ten characters in other roleplays (namely Frozen Fangs) is the reason I can't handle more anywhere else to be honest. I'll admit I haven't read the books in years. I've been meaning to give them another read through so maybe now might be a good time to start.
