He frowned at the skeletons' answer, and his legs gave way, and he slumped to the floor. He hugged himself, mentally saying it was alright, it would be all over soon. The skeleton would probably kill him and he'll be gone, from the pain and suffering, from all the misery he caused his family. He mentally kicked himself for causing his family to worry for him, and to not see him when he died, he'll die with nobody he was close to.

Sans crouched down and gently placed a hand on the kid's head,"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Calm down kid, before you do somethin' stupid." he sighed,"I ain't gonna hurt you, y'know. All I wanna do is help."
Is this what you wanted, Papyrus? he thought to himself. Is this what i'm supposed to say? You're such a dork bro.
" I know you're scared, alright?" he continued after a moment's pause,"But things will get better. I promise."
That's what you told Frisk, ain't it? Sans echoed in his mind.

He calmed down a little at the skeletons' words, and half-closed his eyes. His muscles relaxed as his breathing slowed, and his heartbeat returned to normal. He sighed as he glanced at the skeleton, and began to feel better, as he looked back forward.

Sans took a step back and straightened his posture,"So." he looked around carefully,"Tell me about yourself, human."

He sat down and began," As you may know my name is Luke, my life would've been perfect if it wasn't for the bullies, had nice parents I was bullied everyday at school," he paused to take a breath. "Everything was normal and painful, until I got pushed down here," he stated glancing up at the skeleton.

"Hm. I've always wondered why your kind can be so violent." Sans said gruffly,"But things are different here. Trust me. No violence, no pain. I can promise ya that."

As hope filled him, he stood up and nodded. He felt as if he was more safe than he ever was, with nobody to hurt him, or more likely kill him. He sighed, wondering what was going to happen next.

"Ok...Sans," he said while looking at him. His expression changed a little to a frown, before quickly turning into a smile, trying to hide something.

His face turned blank," It's just something in my past that I don't want to repeat, or else I'll go into tears," he stated as he looked down. He shifted his weight to his left foot, as his other foot was starting to hurt, and he was nervous.
