Dadadada here'll trundle along summat y'all never seen before... A roleplay with hybrid everythings. (If anyone else has a hybrid anything RP then ah wel)
Dunno what I mean?

This is a roleplay about animals that have parents of different species each, thus inheriting both of their traits. It takes place at first in Vancouver, Canada, but after that you can go wherever you like if you can.

Orginally, it was a secret hobby conducted by a biologist in his basement just for the fun of seeing what would happen- until he finally, acidentally, got it correct and produced a living, nonsterile gecko/bat ...thing. He attempted to keep it in order to see if it would survive, and the animal did, but for some reason always hated him. He had many little bites coming from it's needlelike teeth.

He had produced a fair amount of these animals, their colours, ages, traits ,hate for humans varying. Some were siblings- some were not. It simply did not compute why or how this was embedded.

When it was all the cause of the first mutated animal , the geckobat, that they escaped, almost immediately some of the more foriegn ones were attacked by the normal species- the ones that had completely different phylums mixed together, such as mammal/fish or reptile/bird. The others, simply different species of the same family, were left alone....mostly.

He had created outcasts.

Of course, it was possible that some of the humans would attempt to capture and tame the mutants, or, more likely, come to destroy them which threatened the survival of other normal nonfused species, having multiple advantages .

Who knows how long they'll survive?

Here are some rules. You gotta follow them... or else.

1. Every single Lioden rule applies to everything of courses.

2. Bear with me peoples. No mature things. Gore and birthing- take it to PM or just don't.

3. Don't be mean! Everybody secretly likes everybody. If you don't, ignore me. The characters can be mean to each other- but not the people controlling them.

4. Godmodding, powerplaying is nada. You all get to be hybrid animals. is not such enough?

5. There will be a SECRET QUESTION bit for those smarts who read rules and the Terms and Conditions. You have to write the answer to prove that ur such a smert peep . You have to state the two books mentioned in the rules.

6. You have to be literate. At least more than four lines.

7. Do, do refrain from making super piteous histories! If your mother got hit by a car, your brother died of cancer, your father is a ghost, your sister a paranoid murderer, and you lost 4 limbs, use your super form editing powers for a healthy thing to RP as.

8. You can't take the same hybrid twice- if another dude is a fox x lion thingy you can't be a fox x lion thingy too. HOWEVER BEFORE YOU CHASE ME WITH STICKS you have to specify exactly which species you are a hybrid of. if the foxlion is a redfoxafricanlion you can be a fennecfoxafricanlion.

9. A hybrid is an animal with TWO different species mushed together. Not four million.

10. There's even the choice of NOT being a hybrid! you can be a plain old hare or a person if ya wanna.

11. If you've read books like Watership Down, Tarka the Otter,etc, your animal could follow those customs and behaviour outlined in those books.
