For a long time, it was thought that prides were led by a single lion, or two brothers, and their subordinate males, and that the females hunted and cherished them as superiors. However, this is not true; at least, not here. Everyone within this pride is equal, some would say it would derive into chaos or that they may as well be all loners. But with the equality comes structure; everyone works together to keep each other safe. The warriors protect the pride, the guardians patrol the borders of their territory, the hunters feed the pride. They are all one and all family, treat each other as such, regardless of species. Oh, you didn't think it was all lion, did you? While all big cats are welcome, lions do make up the vast majority.

• No character limit, as long as you can handle them and remain active.

• No godmodding

• Natural colours/markings preferred, though exceptions for markings found on lioden.

• Overly-graphic scenes, such as violence or mating, must be censored, skipped over, or ended with a simple sentence. If you must continue, bring it to PM's. No bumpin' uglies in the thread.

• Please be respectful OOC

• No killing/harming another persons character without their permission; you cannot control their reaction to your actions, either.

• No Mary Sues/Gary Stu's
