"Alrighty then." Clovercloud began following the signs of the creature, recognizing the scent of a fox. Whatever it had grabbed probably didn't have bery good chances. There was a bit of white fluff snagged on a bush, and she went up and sniffed. It was Snowpelts fur. She stopped, and tried to regather her composure, so she wouldn't frighten Icepaw.

Fireberry

Fireberry stomps toward the entrance of the camp, finally home. The sound of steps frightened her though, and she ran into a bush. She smelled fox, along with Thunderclan cats. She waited it out, but the steps grew louder.

(I want Fireberry to die lol. Maybe it's an extremely evil super hungry fox :P)

*Icepaw*
She sees a white tuft and knew she didn't imagine it, she looked at Clover cloud worriedly though icy. Then she quietly stalked off into the was of the scents, mumbling to herself.

*Clovercloud*
Clovercloud goes ahead of Icepaw, not wanting her to be the first one to approach the fox. Icepaw gives her a glare, but she ignores it. She smells another Thunderclan cat nearby, and her eyes land on Fireberry crouching in some grass.
"You can come out. It would probably be best if we had more cats along with us." Clovercloud goes closer to Fireberry and whispers in her ear,"Snowpelt was taken by a fox. We don't know how many there are."

Fireberry

Fireberry jumps when Clovercloud came out from the undergrowth, and her hind leg fell in a rabbit hole. She growls.
"I've been gone for moons and that's how you greet me?"
Getting up, Fireberry heads towards camp, huffing in anger.

"I am sorry. Welcome back. But we need to go see if we can get Snowpelt! She is in danger, seeing as the scent of fox and hers are mingling, as well of tufts of her fur." Clovercloud looks at Fireberry, wondering why this is even taking thought. Their medicine cat was in danger, and she was going back to camp?

Fireberry

Fireberry turns back suddenly, and she feels one of her wounds split open.
She snarls through gritted teeth. "Why don't you find the leader, it's their JOB to watch the clan!"
She storms away before Clovercloud could respond, headed for the smell of the fox.
Fireberry didn't care anymore. She just didn't care.

Clovercloud dashes after Fireberry, afraid of her being alone with a fox on the prowl.
"Wait for us," she meows. As soon as the words left her mouth, a fox darts out of the bushes and plucks Fireberry off the ground in its jaws, and disappears into the bushes before she can even blink. "FIREBERRY!"

Fireberry

Fireberry yowls in the foxes grasp, blood dripping down her pelt. She tried to escape it's grasp, but it's jaws held tight.
She sees a fox hole as she looked ahead, and yowls again.
Fireberry was squished down the hole, the teeth pushing into her skin. She smells more blood, and see Snowpelts body beside her.
Looking up, she sees big hateful eyes, and cried as it closed in on her.

Clovercloud grabs ahold of Icepaw and turns around. She quickly makes her way back to camp, tears making their way down her cheek, wetting her fur. She bursts into camp, yowling. "A fox got Snowpelt and Fireberry!"

Name

Name jumps up, hearing the words they dreaded. They scramble outside, seeing Clovercloud and Icepaw panting near the entrance.
"A-a fox! Let me at him, let me at him!"
Name has their apprentice friend hold their tail. "I'll get him! Roar!"
They finally walk over. "Fireberry? She's here?"

Clovercloud looks at Name and nods grimly.
"We heard rustling the in the bushes and saw white tufts of fur as we followed it. Also the scent of fox was mingling. We heard Fireberry and I approached her. But she ran after the fox, and before I could stop her, it had her in its jaws and ran off." Her eyes were wet, and her cheeks were stained with fresh tears.

She looks around at everyone, not knowing what to say. She looked to the entrance and soon ran out to follow the fox despite what others might protest. She mumbles to herself as she runs.
