CloudStar stretched, padding out of the den. The harsh gaze returned the moment she was out of the den. She glanced at QuickStep, then meowed "QuickStep, could you lead a border patrol?" she asked, thought it sounded more like she was demanding her to rather than asking her

"Ok Cloudstar" Quickstep meowed and padded over to (made up cats for patrol because no one else is ever active) Fernstripe, Dovetail, and Barkpelt and took them out for the border patrol.

CloudStar sat and watched them leave, the look of fear that had shown in her eyes the night before was gone, replaced with the harshness that was most often there. Her gaze often traveled to the sky, searching for signs of more rain, though she often kept her gaze on the clan cats

Alderfall

Since he was left out of border patrol, Alderfall decided to go out and do some hunting. He takes a stroll in the long grass, trying to put all his thoughts together.
Finally giving up, he goes over to one of the places in their territory that holds more food, and crouches, surveying the little clearing.

CloudStar watched AlderFall leave, the gray-black leader's tail flicking. She was embarrassed to have let him so close to her that night, but she didn't let it show. She shook her head, feeling like a kit. She had no reason to be embarrassed, right? He had only wanted to comfort her, and she needed the company to get over her fear. She shook her head again, clearing her thoughts and trying to focus instead on something else

Quickstep

Quickstep quickly took the patrol around the border. Finishing up, she trotted back to camp just barely panting when she got to the camp entrance. All the cats from her patrol dispersed into camp or out hunting as they saw fit. Quickstep looked around camp, noting Cloudstar, and padded over to the already dwindling freshkill pile. -I'll have to go hunting later- she thought as she grabbed a small rabbit and padded over to her leader. "You hungry?" She meowed, offering the rabbit.

Alderfall

Alderfall ended up catching 3 mice and two birds, but he couldn't make the journey back with all of them. So he buried two, fitting the mice in his mouth, padding back to camp. As he reaches the entrance, he sees Cloudstar and Quickstep,but doesn't go over, outing the food in the pile. He then goes back out of camp to retrieve the other carcasses.

CloudStar glanced at her "no, thank you, QuickStep. I'm fine" she meowed. Her voice was gentler than usual, but it still contained a lot of harshness

Quickstep

"Ok" she meowed happily, then went over to exchange the rabbit for a small mouse and ate that.
Quickstep nibbled on her mouse for a bit, waiting for something to happen.

Alderfall

Alderfall goes back to the sight where he buried the carcass, but they were gone! He looks, but the clearing was silent. He grumbles, angry that someone would do such a thing. He looks around, but only finds a few bones behind a tree, and no tracks or smells to follow. He bubbles with anger.
Stomping back to the camp, he doesn't acknowledge anyone as he goes into the warrior den, flopping down in his nest. His cheeks were hot from anger, and he couldn't seem to calm down.

Quickstep tilied her head to the side when Aderfall stormed into camp.

CloudStar watched AlderFall, digging her claws into the ground to keep herself from going to see what was bothering him. She couldn't let others know she was as harsh as she acted, she was afraid it would make her seem weaker than how the other clans thought she was

Alderfall

Alderfall huffs in his nest. He really wanted to strangle something right now, which made him upset. It wasn't in his nature to be so mad about such things. He did want to know who was watching him, if anyone was, and why they took his winnings. He was trying to impress Cloudstar, but she will never know what actually happened.
He whimpers quietly, putting his head on his paws, finally calming down a bit.
After a little while of calming down, he gets up, going outside as if nothing ever happened.

CloudStar watched him, her tail curled over her paws(I don't remember if she's sitting or standing XD). She sighed, trying to hide the concern behind harshness. She had never seen AlderFall seem so angry, and it worried her. She stared at the sky, her golden gaze fixed on something unseen and distant
