"Im required to check on you. Im sorry M'lady." She stepped into the room and quickly glanced around, missing the assassin. She held a blue blanket made from fine silk.

"I told you I'm fine," She answered with a huff, "Im just a bit nervous for the wedding and id prefer to be alone right now." The gaze on the servant softened a bit as she set down the blanket near the edge of her bed. "Now please leave." She said sternly, a command.

The servant nodded and left the room, after checking it over again. Lilith looked at the male and before he could grab her again she rolled to the other side of the bed, away from him, "Who are you?" It was barely a whisper, if that. She was still shaking but her voice only copied the trembling in her heart. It was a bold move but she wouldn't scream, not yet.

Leon waited until he was sure the servant was gone, keeping still while she was there, and then until she was gone, before walking back over to the princess, sheathing the dagger again. He walked to the side of the bed she was now facing, frowning slightly.

"Why the hell would I tell you that?" He responded in a hiss, regarding her coldly. "I'm an assassin, that's all you need to know, and all you should want to know." His tone was stern, almost angry, really. Leon's hands moved, for now, resting on the hilts of his daggers, prepared to draw them, and use them, at any moment.

Lilith snarled a bit as she gained her old self attitude, she stood up to face him, "Well, you certainly take a long time to assassinate someone." She stared back into his cold eyes, the anger and hatred that floated in there was unmistakeable but she didn't break his stare. "But what do I know about assassination, its only for the half hearted." She growled, her body was still shaking and her hands were clenched into fist. "Which you certainly are." She narrowed her eyes.

Her body was sweating out of shock and fear and the night gown she was wearing clung loosely to her body. Her hair was wildly untamed and curled every where. Her eyes showed an equal amount of hatred. She sneered a bit as she thought of a way to get away with out dying or killing someone else.

Leon scoffed lightly. "If your little servant hadn't shown up, you'd already be dead." He hissed, clearly just a bit angry at her words, taking personal offense to them. He drew one of his daggers, his mother's, to be exact, and held it out, right at the princess' throat. It barely touched her skin, but if she did move certain ways, he would certainly cut her.

"You got anything else to say? More things that, probably, would offend me, and simply make me hate you and your whole, disgusting family, too?" He asked, in a threatening tone.

Then it hit her, he had a personal grudge. Her throat bobbed allittle as she looked down at the weapon that he had chosen to end her life. "I understand that my family isn't the best, but I assure you I have done nothing wrong.." She had begun shaking again, or shivering, it was getting colder out. The tears had begun to fall again and she looked up at him. "Please don't kill me for what I've had no control of.. Who ever sent you to kill me, he must've been angry at my parents too but even assassins surely have a heart?" Her words were shaken and she thought she might faint.

Leon glared at her, coldly. "You know nothing.." He hissed. "Just be glad you'll have a family to mourn you, princess." He said, with a light scoff.

"No.. I can assure you there's plenty of people out there willing to pay anything for the royal family to suffer. I just happen to hate you all, anyways.. What a coincidence, hm?" He said, with a small, bitter grin. "If I ever had a heart, it probably died with my parents, when yours ordered their execution." A chilling, quiet, yet bitter chuckle escaped his lips, pressing the tip of the dagger into her skin slightly, enough to hurt a bit, and make her bleed, but far from a killing blow.

Lilith couldn't scream now, a few drops on blood streamed down her neck. She closed her eyes and forced herself not to scream. She opened her eyes and stared back into his cold eyes, and before thinking quite clearly she kicked him directly between the legs. She began to run for the door. Her heart was beating wildly.

Leon made a sound similar to a growl, momentarily leaning against the nearest wall and stamping his foot, but recovering quite quickly, really. It still hurt like hell, but he'd felt worse, before. He didn't run after her, despite being angry, but it wasn't like he could right now, anyways. Plus, he had to worry about how loud his footsteps were. "You better stop, or I swear, I will hunt grab you and just throw you out a window.." He hissed, following her at a relatively quick pace, drawing his other dagger.

Lilith growled and pushed the nearest table down between them. "Guards!" She yelled at the top of her lungs, she was frantic and not really thinking. She grabbed a book from a small stand and threw it at him. The sounds of steps were coming from down the hall. "Don't come near me." She realized how quick he was heading towards her and she felt the pain on her throat from the cut.

Leon stared at the door for a moment, then at the window, seeming to hesitate, wondering if he should try and run now, or kill her quickly and be done with it, maybe fight the guards if he had to. In truth, however, he'd be incredibly disappointed if he didn't get to at least kill a couple guards, if not the princess. Maybe scare her a bit by demonstrating what he was capable of, because he was sure to come back again, to kill her. "You think your guards are gonna scare me? Ha." He shook his head, with a small, ominous chuckle.

Before Lilith could respond her guards busted into the room, there swords drawn as they turned to the assassin. There were only two, with out hesitating they lashed out their swords towards him.

Lilith watched in terror, his words scared her even more. She was desperately trying to move but she couldn't force herself to run. He would kill anyone to kill her, she had to get away, she had to get away from all the innocent people here. She was a danger to everyone at the castle. She quickly circled around the group until she made it to her window and looking down, she then began to crawl down the wall. She lost her grip a few times and swore that her heart had jumped to her throat.

(i feel like leon chases her into a forest and then he catches up and tackles her but they could roll a bit and she could even end up on top of him or whatever, and they're in this really pretty meadow and it's just this cute little couple moment, haha)

Leon parried both of their swords, smirking when he glanced at the princess and watched her crawl out the window, since it would be a hell of a lot easier to get her out there, and there'd be less witnesses, too. Even better. He focused on the guards again, kicking one in the stomach to knock him back, and stabbing the other in between his ribs, in a gap in his armor, killing him. The other, he simply stabbed in the throat. And then, once he was sure they were dead, Leon sheathed his daggers, and went to window, starting to climb out, himself.

Lilith dropped to the ground and with out waiting she sprinted off into the woods. As she broke the tree line she darted and avoided as much obstacles as she could, her night gown was getting tears in it and she had a few scratches on her face, arms, and legs. The bleeding had stopped from her neck but the blood was dry now and looked little disturbing. She broke into a meadow and looked around a bit before proceeding into a sprint. Her breath was quick and her heart continued to scream for air. It was so cold out tonight, the moonlight shining down carefully upon the pretty meadow and it made her seem paler than usual. Her hair bounced with every movement and she could tell her feet were probably bleeding from rocks and trees branches.

Leon skipped at least seven feet of climbing, dropping down and landing lightly on his feet, before beginning to chase after her into the woods. He didn't manage to keep her in his sight at all times, but he could hear her running, and that was enough for him. He didn't seem to mind obstacles, simply jumping over rocks and things that would stop him, or ducking under tree branches. Leon also didn't seem to mind the cold, since most of his body was covered by light leather armor, or the relatively warm clothes he wore under it, or hidden by his cloak, aside from his face, but he didn't let the cold air that blew into his face stop him. "You better stop now, princess! I'm pretty sure I can run faster and longer than you, anyway!" He called, spotting her again. Before she could respond, though, if she even could, Leon forced himself to run faster, until he was close enough to tackle her, and the two rolled for a moment down a small hill, finally stopping, with the unfavorable position of her sitting on top of him.

Lilith took this chance and grabbed one of his own daggers and held it to his throat. Her hand was shaking, Lilith could never hurt someone, even if that someone was trying to kill her. She was still slightly out of breath and her heart was pounding very loudly. There were multiple cuts along her face and her eyes were wide as she stared down upon the assassin. The night gown clearly wasn't holding any heat and she shivered slightly. "I should kill you." She hissed softly.
