Greetings! I find myself owning a great deal of characters. Some I adore, some I'm impartial too, others that have potential, and some that just need some tweaking and redesigns. And that's what this thread is for. Once in a while I'll post some of my characters here that need redesigns and have a contest for the one who does the best job/redesign. Okay! I spent a little while, and I have made my choices! I want to thank all of you for entering, and I think I'm going to meld some of the top winners for a little bit of something for each of them to the new design! First place goes too: Liz6970 (#117213) - I loved the tail change for the side one and the addition of yellow markings and making him longer like a full on eastern dragon. It melded really well together and I really liked it, though I do like him having the mane along his back. Overall a very well done and thought out piece. Second place goes to: Ran [PFM] [S2D] (##46507) - He too was really well done with a good proportion to him. Maybe could use a few more bells, but overall well done. I like the whiskers he has as well much like the original and his mane is lovely! A bit simplistic and closest to the original design. But in all the right kind of ways that makes me really enjoy it. And I've now created a 3rd place with a win of 5GB due to liking and wishing to incorporate more than just the two above. However, there is a tie between third place! KokoZuzu (#33335) - I love the addition of extra legs, and the sensitive antenna. You were very creative and interesting even with the smaller aspects. His tone however was a bit dark and I did miss the lack of a mane. But overall it was very nice. The next 5GB winner is: Zoker (#24066) Another one that didn't stray too far from the original design, and in all the right ways. The floating bell in the tail and the addition of another tone of gray into the piece was really well done and was a small feature/addition that really worked for the design and made him meld nicely. And I'll also be giving a 2GB honourable mention to Ken (#120578): I have to admit I'm a sucker for the additional set of eyes and the slightly sharper way the mane is created as well as the additional legs. Something like this looks like some kind of angered form and it's really interesting! Thank you everyone else who participated and the promised GB will be sent to you for your participation! Those that had to wait so long due to me forgetting about the thread will get a bonus item along with payment. Thank you so much everyone!
