I'm looking to get a Primal heir to replace Noah once he passes away!

Markings don't matter, as I'l be keeping Noah's markings anyways. I'm mainly focused on stats, Preferably I'd want above 400 stats to begin with, and more if possible.

I have quite a few GB to spend, though I won't reveal my final budget (mainly because for something nice I could be persuaded into spending a tad more) but I know that what I'm looking for won't be cheap.
