The topic of useful personalities came up in chat today, and I mentioned wishing there was one that decreased the energy cost associated with breeding, especially studding. It was well received, so after some discussion on ways to implement it, here we are.

Effect: A +10% the breeding will succeed in addition to the females. In order for this to not affect mutation chances, it would have to roll separately from the female's. That might be difficult to code, however, so an alternative effect could be a lesser energy loss per attempt. 3% for fails/breeding in-pride (down from 5%) and 7% for successes in studding (down from 10%) was suggested and sounds fair.

Availability: This should definitely be an event-and-enclave-only personality since it's such a boost. The most obvious choice is February. I think it'd be a great addition to the buffy ball/cherry lips tier. April was brought up as well, since it lets your lion breed more like a bunny.

Name: My initial thought was playboy, but someone else suggested flirtatious. Romantic could work too!
