First off, sorry if this is in the wrong place >.< im not sure what this would fall under

Hey all! So I was looking through the titles and noticed there was no "Mysterious". I had been looking for this specific title for my king assuming it had to be there. Unfortunately it's not which makes me sad lol so I'm suggesting it be added to the Neutral titles that are always available as it doesn't seem to fit in either karma list or for any events.
