What if there was a mutation where the cub was missing a jaw! It would die at 2 months due to starvation. Birth messages: You notice something is weird about cub, but your lioness insists that the cub is fine. Upon closer inspection, you realize that cub is missing a jaw! The lioness admits that it can't drink milk, and is too weak to move. Poor thing. Better leave the grieving mother alone. Death message: Cub died last night due to starvation. I think they would be in the same pose as cyclopia but with two eyes and no bottom jaw. I hope that makes sense. Please tell me why you support or don't support edit: after a long ass time I have concluded that this mutation should be a one day lethal like cyclopia and hq. forget all the other shit lmao |

Awesome idea! I have a month 2 message idea: It seems as though Cub is only getting worse. They hardly even move, and are trying to suckle, but can't. Just watching Cub struggling to survive puts you in tears. Soon Cub gives up and moves away. Its mother looks at you in sorrow.  1 player likes this post! Like? |

I think it should die at one month because not being able to eat for that long will make it starve really quickly. Plus, it would probably just die of thirst because it can't drink it's mothers milk at all. It's a good concept! It'd be cool to see this. Sad, but cool. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

It would probably still be able to get some milk, whether its from desperately licking at the others for milk, or managing to lick a bit out of a teat on its own. Though it would still eventually die yes so the whole two month thing is still plausible. It would just be very miserable and wretched for how little time it was alive because it would be wasting away and eventually just giving up all together. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think this is a good idea! I do think that it should be only alive for one month, since even though it would get SOME milk, definitely not enough to keep it alive for the second month. 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support. it would be an extremely quick to die lethal - 1-2 days at the most if a new born infant such as a lion cub was born without a jaw it would die in a matter of days not months. its would die from hunger/thirst (same thing- milk is nutrients) very quickly-----no new born animal can survive 1-2 months with NO food If it had a deformity of the jaw and was able to drink milk up until it started to wean and 'then' died from starvation i would be likely to support. 0 players like this post! Yes but licking requires the jaw for support, the tongue cant do much when its flailing about  (the tongue is part of the jaw, without it i cant see how it could lick..or even suck without great difficulty. interesting concept though!! 0 players like this post! Like? |
