Twilight itched his ear "Okay... cool" He said and began to walk away, deciding she didn't wanna talk to him. As he turned he saw Lucifer enter with a skinny but large zebra and immediately felt jealous.He never understood the decision that he was going to be heir, when Lucifer was clearly more fit for the part. Sure, his teeth and claws were large and he was kinda strong, but Lucifer was stronger and could hunt, a useful skill that wasn't common in males and far from expected. Twilight shook away the jealousy and began to practice his roar. He planted all of his claws in the ground and let out a roar filled with jealousy and envy.

Twilight stretched out and padded out of the camp. He was gonna fight something and he was gonna win. His jet eyes flared with anger. He had to prove he was superior. After walking around looking for a fight he finally came across one of the snakes. they were eeverywhere and a good target. Twilight clawed at the glowing snake, the green blood coating his paw. The snake jumped out and bit at his eye but barely missed as twilight swatted at it with a wimper of fear. He put his paw on the snakes neck and bit his head, pulling it off. "I should get back to the camp, this was a bad idea" He grumbled.

"How observant!" She growled. "There is literally nothing to do." The adolessent flicked her tail in anoyence.

Twilight began padding back to camp and stepped on a rabbit tail by accident, holding the bunny in place. He unsheathed his claws killing the stupid rabbit. It shouldn't have been under his foot "Of course" He growled. While the male couldn't roar his growl was fearsome and bold. "The only things I can kill are measly snakes and hares who literally fall into my paws" He snarled at himself picking up the rabbit and padding closer to camp.

Twilight jumped a little at Lucifer's deep voice, as he still had a hare in his mouth. He immediately dropped it. "Oh uh yeah sorry, I was just a bit frustrated with myself is all" He laughed slightly "Nothing to worry about, just me" He muttered embarrassed the primal lion heard his growl.

Twilight lowered his head in embarassment. A canine? Is that what they would think of him? "Hey uh Lucifer I think I'm gonna go out for a little longer and practice my roars alone" He called out before turning away, his ears low on his head and his posture slouched.

Twilight growled at himself in anger as he walked away from the male. Planting all of his paws in the ground he let out a loud roar of anger and envy, a loud highpitched roar. "Why can't I just roar like everyone else?" He growled in anger as he slashed at the ground "My growl is fearsome, my claws and teeth are sharp why can't I roar" He yelled into the sky. After about 2 hours of roaring and growling at himself he stomped back into camp and plopped himself on a rock, grumbling to himself. He was supposed to be the heir. "An heir that can't roar might as well be useless" he muttered under his breath
