Well, every organization or club is going to start out slow. Theres always going to be a few members who leave for one reason or another. I dont think we should worry too much about it. We'll get more members in due time. Im here because Im so happy Otho made this group based on our similar idea about preserving dynasties and bloodlines.

I mostly just find it concerning because several is a lot for the course of two days, and I've had issues in the past with someone I've blocked trash talking me to keep people away from my trades. I worry such a thing could happen with the clan.

I run as many raffles as I can to keep some activity going in the clan. I really wish clans had their own forums like other games, instead of being relegated to one thread in the mayhem of the "public forums". If we did I could effectively manage various threads for games and such without them getting burried. But I guess that will have to wait for lioden to catch up to the standard sim game format as I know it. Lol

I'm not sure about the clean line I don't do much of that
but as for the king's line I would suggest heaving more then one queen or using some apps if you're starting out with a rolled king.
I started out with a rolled king and a chances lioness for a queen and ended up with a pretty nice heir. But doing it that way is limiting and makes it harder to get really nice markings or base or high stats.

@Action welcome! Kalika is in the ballpark. Clean line breeding is typically an optional breeding program a lot of users enjoy. The TL;dR of it is that a lion is both not inbred (has no ingame effect) and dont have lions in their heritage named The Savannah Prince, Hot Hot Tater Tot, Keyser Soze, or Boombah. These four kings, known as the Big Four, are long reigning stat mobsters that are responsible for most of the lions in the game. Clean breeders try to breed stunning, high statted lions without inbreeding or these kings in their heritage.
I tried to do clean breeding on my side account but got bored of it and stopped.

As far as Kings blood goes, it just a project a few if us have been doing where we continue the lineage of a favorite king and/or queen alive with beautiful new generations. For me, I work to keep the bloodline of Estefan, my first king, alive. There was a heritage wipe a while back that eliminated Estefan and his grandson Alejandro, my first and second kings, out of the records, but my king Sorrin was Alejandro's son and so I work to preserve his heritage, since he was their successor.

Yeah, the main purpose of King's Blood is to keep your chosen bloodline going as long as you can.

As for Clean Line- Scy covered that pretty well. I was doing it for two generations but I got frustrated because I could barely stud outside of my pride. This is due to the fact that many people don't check past the first page of their heritage for inbreeding and some people think the clean line challenge is just "no big four". Which makes no sense since the whole reason for excluding those four is that as stat monsters people bred to them over and over again; thus causing inbreeding. When we had to check for inbreeding manually name for name it was just easier to say, "well one or more of the big four is in here so there's a good chance of inbreeding." It made things a little faster. Also I could swear that HOT HOT TATER TOT was the inbred son of Keyser Soze, but the heritage seems to have been lost now.

As for tips- join a clan that has clean line defined as "no inbreeding/no big four" and make use of their stud thread. Kalika has a good point about dressing up rolled kings. I suggest adding a special base at least and pick flattering marks for it. Sometimes being pretty makes up for low stats. You can grind for breeding items during events and sell them in the next month which doesn't provide them for decent GB. That's how I made my first king work.
I suggest searching the trade center for reasonably priced chased ncls. They'll have better markings and stats but no heritage to worry about.

I still have a den with clean lined ladies and sort every lioness I buy even though my current king is not clean. My side account is also a storage for that project and back up lionesses for my King's Blood line. If you get annoyed, you can always put it on the back burner. You just shouldn't roll a storage side account unless you plan to move lions.
When you find a clean stud you like, copy paste the ID of the lion and perhaps the user into your journal. It'll make breeding easier.

I joined a little bit ago because I'm really fond of my current king, Tau. He's heritageless and I've worked really hard on his stats and level. He's natural so not to everyone's taste, but I really like his looks.

I've managed to get to the tenth generation on my very first lioness! She's in heat in three days, so I'll probably have the eleventh generation very shortly.
Shame I can't go far back because of the heritage wipe :(
