I was messing around in my art program with some bases and just kinda... overlaid Orchid over Sidereal and I fell in love. Unsure of the name, so for now we're sticking to either Candy or Azalea. So, considering Seth is a Chatoyant recolor, I don't think it's too out of the realm of possibility that this base could be a new February base. Of course, mane and marking applicators would accompany it, and I'll have those suggestions up and linked here soon! Edit; I know Feb has a lot of apps, so these could pop up in any shop! I'd suggest April, as there aren't any apps in the April shop. Candy/Azalea Markings Genetics; Red Light Countershaded Special   Here's Cherry Blossom and this base side by side, if you think they're too similar! (mine left Cherry right)  Edit; I'm not looking for suggestions on changing this base, sorry! This is the base that I want to suggest. |

CurledLight, thank you for your input, however I'm more intent on the base I'm suggesting than I am making a base that matches the gem. The admins are free to change the name of the base if they wish to implement it, however I will not be changing the base itself! :)  0 players like this post! Like? |

Ah okay! If you're more intent on the base and not the name, would it bother you if I tried to make my own also under the name Rose Quartz? Maybe "Smokey Rose Quartz"? I've kind of gotten myself excited about the concept of my suggestion. I'm not an expert artist, and I'm also very busy, so I may not do it. Hi :D I haven't played in like... maybe a couple years? Like ACTUALLY played; I logged in for a little bit last year around Summer but it didn't stick. I'm actually having quite a bit of fun right now. Yeah Sidereal really is. It seems like they've changed the pass rates slightly to be... not as bad? Aaah yeah that'd be why I haven't seen you then LOL. I ruined my 5 year RO streak a couple weeks ago and I'm still a little salty at myself ngl, almost on par with accidentally deleting 4.8k game notifs OTL Glad you're having fun again!! I missed seeing you pop around the forums. Oh definitely, not as bad as when it was almost extinct from the lionesses not passing their bases pfft. Hey there!  Your topic mentions this is an overlay of Orchid on top of the Sidereal base. Could you provide details on how you achieved the base (overlays, saturation levels, etc.) in your main topic? This information is super helpful for when developers look over bases, so they can fiddle with them on their own when deciding if they want to implement certain suggestions!(Obligatory disclaimer that my comment does not mean this will be added, I'm just posting to make it easier for the devs when they look through suggestions! ) 0 players like this post! Katze, I actually meant that I added Orchid as an Overlay filter on top of Sidereal 😅 No messing with opacities or anything, just a good 'ol Overlay layer haha. 0 players like this post! Like? |
