THANK YOU. EXTRA MY TERMS & CONDITIONS You automatically agree to these when buying art from me in any currency - I can draw any species. Including fantasy/creatures. - I MUCH prefer cash over in game currency - I may take items like apps so please ask. Hi there! I'm interested in commissioning you, but i have a question about your TOS :0 #8 specifically So if I'm reading this right, you're saying you have the right to sell prints to other people of the art piece I commissioned you for of my personal character?? And if we don't want that, we have to pay an additional fee? Is there a way to know whether you will do so beforehand, like is there something that you look at with the commission before hand / afterwards that you think "I want to sell prints of this" or? Is there a way to avoid this without having to pay extra? I'm not comfortable whatsoever of other people having rights to a piece I commissioned of my own character, hence me asking beforehand. 0 players like this post! Like? |
