Ngl, it's kind of the reason why I'm leaning more towards doing future roleplays on Discord. The only image rules there are the ones I impose myself. :')

I've been doing most of my roleplays on amino, mostly because I actually know how to code and set up some sweet aesthetics in it

Yeah i do loooove that about discord rps. Much easier to use pics on there. I have sooo many pics saved on Pinterest for future discord rps its insane.

The codes on Discord are easy. *this would turn it italics* and **this would turn it bold**, but people on discord use wix to create character bios or google docs, so i wouldnt worry about it much

Another place I'm trying out is Roleplay Nation. Less rules than LD, but a lot more chaotic imo. I'm not quite sure if I like it yet or not, but I may eventually give opening a roleplay over there a shot.

MOOD. Pinterest is the best place for character insp. I personally use google docs. I tried wix and was very confused. Not an expert coder here at all.

Never heard of Roleplay Nation, might give it a little looksie! Especially if you do open an rp there.

And it really is, i have all my human characters on there with their boards and everything omg xD its bad i have an addiction. And wix is pretty easy as long as you keep at it and whatnot. I have about 3-4 on there rn? Nothing special, mainly for exploratory purposes.

As for here, what's in my bio is the most of coding you'll see from me xD i know no more than what i've shown

I roleplay on instagram too, and have a second account for bios
instagram is a lot more tricky to get that aesthetic, so if I wanna get some aesthetic's goin I usually go over to amino

I think I've heard about roleplay nation, and I tried it for a short time, but there wasn't a lot of great literate roleplayers so I just left

I mostly read mangas or play video games for character inspiration tbh
but looking up aesthetics on a certain animal or style really gets my gears goin on making new ocs

like I said before, amino is my personal favorite way to roleplay for the sake of already having aesthetic's
it's also pretty easy

like if you have a specific fandom like warrior cats or detriot become human, there are posts and roleplay chats about that topic

anyway, I kind of want to add another character
she's allergic to smiling but I love her sm

I rarely use faceclaims for human characters to be honest, just feel weird using a real person's face. Pinterest is def the place to go if you need one though. A lot of RPN roleplays make it mandatory to have a FC which I find pretty annoying. Art and descriptions are my personal preference.

I've never role played anywhere beyond LD, RPN, Discord, DA and formerly Tumblr.

I'll admit I'm extremely lazy so creating a website for my characters is just not in the cards. RPN actually has quite a lot of lit people, you just gotta meet the right people.

I only like using faceclaims for humans bc i have a harder time like... describing humans??? fOR SOME REASON??? idk man i just s u c c XD but the mandatory stuff is shit i agree.

yeah I often don't use faceclaims, I just see the person and in my head I just go, "they look really pretty, lemme try and describe them while thinkin of a personality that might fit their looks, or be the total opposite"

I've used to exclusively roleplay on instagram, but I'm kind of spreading out more and more to other different places

tbh this is my first time roleplaying in lioden
I've tried discord a few times, but I didn't quite get the hang of it and just sort of put it off

I've been told I write pretty good human appearances, but it definitely is a little harder to convey how an actual person looks over a dog, cat, etc. I def have characters I could never find an FC for so squintting intensely at RPN rn.

I do encourage checking out RPN tho. There's a lot of variety for fandom and humanoid type stuff. Not many animal roleplays though. The only ones I've really seen have been for warrior cats.
