I like most of it, however the ears seem to be off somehow, and i'd make the bloodline on the neck a little shorter. One other thing that i'd change is i'd make the shadow gray rather than black. Other than that, I think it's commission worthy! 0 players like this post! Like? |

You draw eyes correctly! But yes, the ears need some work. They're small, and appear to be covered in skin - not fur. If you want, I can PM you showing how I structure canine heads! Also, the background is blaring, and drags the focus away from the actual subject. Tone it down, either by desaturating it or lowering the opacity. Or, you could fill in the black circle with that design? It would help tie the elements together, and make the image easier to post on sites. Fix those up, and I'd love a piece from you! 0 players like this post! Like? |

the ears need to be a bit wider unless the character has skinny ears, and the blood looks dry, so try adding more of a vibrant effect, everything else is good!! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Instead of black or gray try using other colors like blues or reds and use the multiply setting for the layer to darken it then you can mess with opacity. It adds to a piece quite a bit and can really set a mood. For example reds or warm tones can suggest an aggressive atmosphere Blues or cool tones can suggest a somber look to a piece But that's not all the warm tones can be for a sunny day where cool tones can be for a rainy day. Theres a lot of videos on YouTube that can talk you through shading tones much better than I can. I'm good at doing it but not really teaching unless I'm showing it as I talk ;w; 0 players like this post! Like? |
