Hi! It's my first proposition here, so I hope for some advice in basemaking :D

What I have to propose to you?

It's a << Snowfall >>> base color! (name is optional, it could as well be something different snow related)
Genetics: Black Light Countershaded Special

Imo it could be a new December base - an applicator one, but I had something different in mind. My proposition is that Snowfall base would be a combo base stated as:
Celestial/Skyward/Sidereal/Leonid x Ice/Aufeis/Glacial/Arctic
(so a July x December bases combo in general. Or maybe not all bases combo, but only like Celestial/Sidereal x Aufeis/Ice or a combo between only December bases IcexAufeisxGlacialxArctic or something like that)

I wanted to make it interesting thanks to snowflakes but also a delicate, wintery-looking one. I'm not a fan of aggresive blue bases, so a Snowfall base could be a nice balance between a blue december bases and a more discreet ones. I would love to read what do you think about the idea.
