Two words to describe Ardhi would be logical and rational. With that said, he tends to be an unfocused lad with a habit of growing distracted. He's the sort of lion who is usually full of ideas, but hardly ever follows through with any of them, either due to fear of failure or simply moving on to the next plan. He is enthusiastic, resourceful and greatly dislikes being alone, but is also the sort who feels awkward seeking out attention. This usually ends with him fulfilling his social needs by summoning smaller creatures to his side; foxes, jackals, hares, birds, antelope; anything that chooses to heed his call. As as the godly keeper of the Earth, his presence is soothing and comforting to most animals despite his status as a predator. Gentle and compassionate, Ardhi never abuses this trust, refusing to eat any of the animals who keep him company or seek his protection, and not allowing others to prey on them either.

Mawingu is a wise, hard-working soul. She prefers to be alone, and enjoys spending her time making weather that the lion and lionesses from the ground will enjoy.
The goddess, although she enjoys being alone, has a tendency to flirt with some of the males from the ground-world in her pride lioness form. Sometimes she even flirts with the other gods. But she never intends to have a lover of her own (OR DOES SHE DUN DUN DUN!).

Uzima is a silly and fun-loving goddess who enjoys playing pranks. She always has some kind of devious prank cooking up in her mind, may it be on a unsuspecting lion pride or her fellow gods.
She's very good at making others laugh, but despite all her loopiness, she takes her job as patron of life and death very seriously. When she's leading lion spirits to their final resting place, she will always lighten up the solem mood as much as possible.

He completely understands that the other gods don’t like his selfish nature, but he simply ignores them.
