"News of the princess is old news, Robu," Sangun purred as she circled the terrified messenger. "I want something fresh. Something tantalising. Something exciting, something...scandalous. But what have you brought me?"
Robu's neck bobbed. "Old news, my queen."
"That is correct. How can you fix this?"
Her claws teased at the soft scales under his chin, and he whimpered. A drop of blood welled under her needle claws.
Suddenly, the doors slammed open. Another messenger burst in, bleeding from a dozen wounds. Red blood spilled onto the alabaster floor.
"Your majesty!" He gasped out, and sangun saw the spear in his side. "The queen! Queen summer is dead!"
Faster than a snake, Sangun darted to her new victim. "What?!" She hissed. "Is this true? This is excellent news!"
The messenger gasped again, blood burbling between his fangs.
"It's true, my queen. I saw it happen. They didn't want me to get away and take the news to you, so they turned on me."
Sangun lost interest, turning away and letting the dying dragon fall to the floor. "This is good," she snarled. "This is very good. The kingdom will be in shambles, and I can take what I want. To kill-or capture- the princess." She shrugged. "Or whatever I feel like doing that day."

Golden looked down at her mothers body,the shallow breathing was becoming shorter and shorter until the Queen became still . Golden let out a loud cry as she backed up and flared her wings,she leaped at one of the dragons that was now about to die she growled and killed him teeth bared she walked to her mother and nuzzled her.
