Personality: She is a sweet, almost motherly person, and tries to find a win win sort of solution. She is extremely tough when it comes to her job, and is very hard to take down physically. However, when it comes to mental manipulation, she can't take much. She isn't easily offended, but if you do offend her, she completely loses it. She enjoys cracking jokes and is usually pretty laid back, except for among many people, which usually makes her a nervous wreck. She doesn't have great social skills, and her social anxiety makes it hard for her to communicate.

Appearance: Ronnie is tall, lanky, and has a good amount of muscle on him (he's not buff, per se, but he does have muscles, lol.) When he's not on duty at the police station, he generally just wears jeans and a hoodie. He has small little gold earrings he wears when off duty, as well.

Personality: Quiet, reserved, and introverted, Ronnie can sometimes come off as a bit too serious and, at some times, as a bit of jerk. The truth is that he is generally very reserved around those he doesn't know too well, and he takes his job very seriously. Around coworkers and friends, he takes the whole serious vibe down a notch. He's known for playing board games with coworkers if he's off duty at the police station - which they have to do away from any rooms near the front desk, since he can get very, very loud when he's about to lose. (He takes his board games seriously.)
When he's not working (or just off duty) he's friendly and, depending on the person, can be quite talkative. He generally hangs out at coffee shops and writes as a hobby - he also games sometimes, but he prefers writing if he had to choose one over the other. He thinks he's funny, but his humor consists primarily of puns and dad jokes, so you'll have to be the judge of that.
Other: Currently works at the ZPD. He's worked there as an officer ever since graduating the police academy, and recently became a detective.

Personality: Due to his past, Cress is a very timid and nervous fellow, but he is very sweet. But by god, does he have a fiery spirit. He is notorious for getting into fights because of his short fuse. Just like his height. Apart from this, he is rather quiet, only talking if someone starts the conversation.

Other: He owns his own bakery in the little rodentia district. Is more than happy to supply sweets to the police department, although, he does need help when making sweets 5 times his size.

Appearance: While her fur is the characteristic cream color of a lioness's pelt, pale, grey stripes dot her coat, most notably on her face, her shoulders, and her hips. She has a ruff of fur on her cheeks, a lighter color, almost white, and she has this same white color on her stomach, the front of her neck, and on her chin. Her fur is shaggy enough for it to almost look as if she has a very sparse mane on her neck. Her eyes are a striking brown-gold color, and she has an intense kind of stare that demands attention when she speaks.
She is much taller than the average lioness, but fails to reach a tigress's average height, off by barely a few inches. (I am not certain how tall Zootopia's animals are compared to humans, although I would imagine since ligers are very big, she would probably be taller than the average human.) She can be easily described as "buff" - she was known for being able to apprehend criminals easily with just her physical strength. As such, she has earned a good amount of respect around the ZPD. Let's just put it this way - the only animals that would probably win in a fight against her would be an elephant, a bear, or any other naturally larger and stronger animal.
She has a scar on her left shoulder from a bullet wound when she was younger.
Personality: Dominique is known for her tough, take-no-shit, no-nonsense attitude. She comes off as a stern, very serious jerk 90% of the time. She takes her job as police chief very seriously, and she likes to make certain her officers listen to her commands - she is especially concerned with them maintaining a good public image. However, she's not all mean and tough - she can be very kind. She understands the troubles that come with the job, and she isn't afraid to address things that most wouldn't bring up in conversation. Despite the fact that she is strict with those under her command, she genuinely does care about their well-being; she just doesn't happen to be very good at showing it.

(REF) His fur is mainly white, interrupted only by various scars and light beige markings on his side and around his eyes. Those eyes are an unusual amber color and seem to have seen too much for one still so young. He wears casual clothes, a lot of dark denim and t-shirts; and underneath, a necklace that belonged to his mother.

Personality
He puts up a tough front because he has to, or thinks he does. He grew up on the docks where he was surrounded by crime. This habitat and the family's chronic lack of money led him to decide he had to start stealing too. In quieter moments though he dreams of a better life, and composes poems in his head. He's impulsive, serious, pretty gullible, basically wants to be liked so when he disagrees with an order he'll obey anyway.

In a gang made up entirely of fellow rodents. He's fairly good at thieving, but not much else that's required for a career criminal. Plus he hates it and would give anything to go straight. Except his freedom. He can't stand the thought of being locked up.

She has the regular markings of her species— black and white stripes over the head and darker paws. Both the grey that covers the majority of her and the black portions of her fur have a decidedly rusty tinge. Her build is on the lean side for a badger, but still appears bulky compared to many others. Add to this her expression and few wouldn't think twice about crossing her. Her clothing style is business casual with a bit of flair, for example a suit worn over a colorful geometric print shirt.

Personality
She is a cotton candy façade fronting a steel core. Marlene can be charming albeit in a slightly blunt way, but too many have mistaken that for weakness. She's not weak. Anyone who accuses her of it will be corrected. Not directly, she prefers not to get her paws dirty. But she knows some animals who will. She does know how to have fun— her night club wouldn't do as well as it does if not— but her profits come first.

She seems to be a successful entrepreneur, and she is— it's just that some of her business interests aren't exactly legal. The (more or less) legit ones are a hotel downtown and a night club in Sahara Square.

Appearance: A white and grey timber wolf – she is blind in one eye, a scar stretching over her white, glassy left eye. She usually wears leather jackets and bandanas over her face, hiding her appearance as best as she can, coupling sunglasses and baseball caps with her bandanas. She is tall, lanky, and graceful, and knows her way around a gun. As such, she usually carries around a myriad of weapons in a belt around her waist – her weapons range from pistols, to machetes, to pocket knives. She’s a very skilled killer, but she has the scars on her arms from days when she wasn’t so skilled.
Personality: Despite her grizzled appearance and her “hobby”, she’s actually quite calm, collected, and even nice to those she meets during the day – of course, as “day” can exist in the nocturnal district. She’s lived in the Nocturnal District for quite a while, and she enjoys living in the darkness. Most of her next door neighbors know her as the quirky, slightly weird wolf living next door, but nobody really questions it. She works at a construction shop most of the time, but she’s been all over Zootopia, and all over the neighboring towns and cities, as well. She is notoriously hard to catch, and to put a name to. She has a partner in crime – her guy that helps her steal things, as he is much smaller than her. She tends to be a little flirty towards most of the girls she meets.
