i'm not entirely certain if we're permitted to edit lineart in suggestions, but hopefully we are. this eye color would be exclusive to ncls in october given the relation to heaven. any feedback, as well as any other names you would like to see, is appreciated!

Thalath {online} (#41669) suggested it could be an applicator or decor, if not an ncl eye color.
Rev (#33930) preferred it as a decor over an ncl exclusive eye color.

Bridge [Clean Ebony Royal] (#14541) liked it as it is, but could understand why people would prefer it as an applicator or decor.
