Yeah passing any mutation is not 100% guaranteed ever ... but my point of view is that im looking for a heir as my king will retire in 3 days :(

So i will keep his looking and need a new heir to take over and im little confused about what should i get .. im thinking iof 2 main things

first is to have a king with desirable studding requests ^^
secondly to work on getting mutie cubs that can be sold for high GBs .. so now after all of that which mutie do you recommend for me ? ^^

I always recommend piebald. With a primal variant king, there's no promise you'll ever get a felis or smilus from them, which are the money making primals unlike the regular primal.
Piebald will always pass that piebald, no variants unless the mother has a different type of piebald.

And normal primals with pennyroyal wont ever give felis or smilus? and pennyroyal doesnt work with felis or smilus only with ferus and higher chance if both have it!

Yes normal primals can still produce felis or smilus, both with and without pennyroyal. I've had good luck with my primal kings producing them - usually multiple felis/smilus cubs over a stud's lifetime - but it will depend how many cubs you breed total.

I think what Rox meant is that they're rarer than ordinary primals, and rarer than piebald. So you will typically get less of them from a king over his lifetime, so less to sell.
