As we mentioned before, aside from event news and the 2nd Friday of the month being focused on coding/art updates all at once, all other Fridays are centered around the community!

Oasis Gold Beetle Purchases

Please note that the following blurb only applies to players located outside of the EU, as EU GB purchases are handled manually by site admins.

We have been seeing an increase in delays for the delivery of Gold Beetle purchases. This is due to a series of issues affecting PayPal itself (as visible on the PayPal status page). As such, we are requesting that if you do not receive your GB purchase instantly after payment has been removed from your account or balance, please wait up to 24 hours before reaching out to us. In most cases, the GB will be credited to your account within 10 to 20 minutes, though we have seen instances where it's taken a bit longer.

If you have waited 24 hours and your GB is still not credited, please then submit a Modbox ticket so we can look into your transaction status.

Thank you guys for continuing to support us! We are sincerely sorry for the delays, though with everything currently going on, it is understandable that there are issues with payments going through in a timely manner via PayPal.
