What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I was buying NCLs for my mass breeding project. And I usually buy till the game tells me my territory is full. I did not get this message and went to the den page to see that I have 151 lioness with only 150 spaces. At first I thought this was just a problem with the counter, however after counting the amount of lioness I have it did equal up to 151.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I feel like it may have happened by buying an adol that was 1.11 however the person selling did not roll. So when it entered my account which was rolled it aged up. And possibility the account did not realize this and allowed it to increase to 151 instead of capping at 150.
