Disclaimer: Typical commission wait times are 1-3 days, but may be subject to taking up to a week or two. I always answer DMs asking for updates, do not ever feel afraid to poke me.

🗡. Payment upfront. I bury it in a bundle until your commission is complete.

🗡. I can decline service to anyone. Please do not try to order for someone I have blocked.

🗡. Listed Prices Only. Please don't offer otherwise.

🗡. Character References Must Be Images. I prefer digital works as references, but I can attempt to color pick IRL photos as well; exact matches not guaranteed in that case and complex designs (such as an IRL photo of a calico tabby for example) are subject to simplification. I do not work off of written descriptions, I classify these as a custom and those can be ordered on my adopt thread.

🗡. I cannot do GB back on items. If the item total is more than the piece total, there's nothing I can do about it.

🗡. I can do business via lioden PMs, but I do have discord - which makes things much faster - if you would prefer to converse there.

🗡. Please credit works uploaded to TH with my TH. Works uploaded anywhere else can be credit to my TH or my DA.







🗡. All Commission payments can be fully refunded if I have not started on your commission at all.
🗡. Refunds after starting are only available to GB/SB payments.
🗡. Sketches are non-refundable.
🗡. Refund amounts are decided by where I am in a piece vs. what you ordered. In most cases I will give you what I have done and refund for what wasn’t accomplished. (As an example, if you ordered a line + color fullbody - 50gb - and requested a refund after the lineart but before I colored, I would demote the order to a lineart fullbody - 40gb - and you would be refunded the 10gb difference.)
🗡. Completed pieces are not subject to refunds. I keep in contact through the entire process for edits, and am even willing to alter within reason after final product.

* Commissions ordered with no color will be comprised of clean lineart, a colored base, and a colored background. You can choose the colors for the base & background (SINGLE COLOR ONLY) otherwise they will be grey. Lineart-only does not come transparent. I am not selling adopt lines / bases.
