La Haine Prévaudra (meaning “Hatred will Prevail”) takes place in Southern and Northern Africa. Two prides, Pride of the Kusini (“North”) and Pride of the Kaskazini (“South”) have been living in feigned harmony for years now. In a world where humans have almost gone extinct (not fully, they just aren’t considered a threat anymore), these two prides have little to worry about other than their natural predators, themselves, and each other. Ikenna, King of the South, is constantly asserting himself over Atieno, King of the North. With an undeniable craving for power and domination, Ikenna is constantly stealing from the North, claiming territory that is rightfully theirs, purposely leaving boarders unmarked and slaying any trespassers who cross it, etc. Whilst his pride is growing restless, the Northern King refuses to retaliate, sticking to his pacifistic ways. Tensions are growing high, especially as winter threatens the North, whilst the Kaskazini continue to prosper and thrive. Rohit, son of Ikenna, heir of the throne, has despised his father’s antics from the start. While his father plans to ambush the neighboring pride, Rohit goes behind his back, trying to form an alliance with any Kusini lions willing to pay him the time of day. Will Ikenna reign over Africa, or will Atieno submit to Rohit’s pleas and fight back? Either way, hatred will prevail.

This is a {very new} discord-run, lioden based roleplay with two current prides, plenty of open high ranks, and an open world. We’re currently looking to build up both prides, and start off the roleplay!
