Linx decided to leave and report back he sprinted his way into the den "are you okay what's wrong" he paused "I found a male at the border area but nothing happened"

Supernova was alone today, Alpha had grumbled about checking on the lionesses hunting status and how he was incompetent and lazy for not doing so too. Supernova knew it was just an excuse not to come along though so he didn't push or try that hard to get her to come. He went to the spot he had seen the two pride leaders before but they were not there. He thought he smelled zelie nearby though so he began to follow his nose.

zelie was sure that she could smell another lion. it was slightly familar, it must be one she had met the other night. she thought nothing of it and went back to studing the bush

The smell got stronger so Supernova picked up his walk to a brisk pace, and soon he saw movement nearby, he quickly turned toward it, and came forward into a clearing where zelie and linx were closely examining a bush, only to look up, startled, when he came forward.
"Sorry I frightened you, I was hoping we could chat a while, I would like company, but Alpha is in a rather sour mood today. I mean, she always is, but today she actually bit me," Supernova said pointing to a bleeding bite mark on his tail.

"Hmm? Is there something in that bush?" Supernova questioned, before smelling the air and answering his own question, "Oh a rouge male, I can see why you might be defensive, congrats by the way," he said turning toward zelie, "who is the father?"
