Hmm, since Pinenut suggested using something other than Ice, Demiurge would make the most sense for the sparkles and helps with the purple feel of the first one!

pretty mock-ups, but i think we have enough shiny new blue bases and blue/december/wet season combos, and the first version seems a bit like it's just Pulsar with some low opac pink streaks so no support from me

Gotta agree with Pine, the december bases are worn out. We don't need more combos, especially with how complicated it'll be to breed this base in the first place. it's hard enough to get a Pulsar, let alone spend what could be an ENTIRE year waiting to get pulsar, and getting nothing and you're unable to do it until the right month. Pulsar lions get pricey.

Version two is also much more appealing, but looks too much like one of the december bases that I can't remember the name of.

I tried to use a lighter color and make it similar to pulsar but different. As in different "lines"
but its a lot of blue overall.

Found why it looked so familiar.
it's quite literally just a recoloured ice base with tiny modifications; such as a small part of the shoulder. It also looks like the arctic base is placed under it, which is why it has a few lines that are barely visible. It also has a lighter undercoat compared to Ice, but either way I am definitely not supporting this; the similarities are just too visible to believe that this is an original colour shading.



hell, you even explained yourself in the thread that you basically used other bases to create this, which is not what other people do; they create an entirely new base that is very obviously original and does have visible similarities to the combo factors, but does not use the bases themselves.

The first one is my own.

the second is a recoloring, that's why I even explained it.
I've seen threads that recolor the bases. This is why I decided to make my own, and do a recoloring.

I am talking about the second one. I am aware the first is your own. You literally told me to explain the second one, I never mentioned the first one in my first message.
It's still a No support from me, as if this is to be approved, there needs to be a clear base to support, and there isn't.

EDIT: And my downvote is mainly due to the fact that we have TOO MANY blue bases. There are loads more colours that need more bases, such as Green, Purple and even an actually nice yellow base.

No support. Lioden has too many variations of blue bases. I want to see some new colors and new ideas, not remakes of old concepts. The first one is closer to something I could definitely approve of, but still too blue. Everyone loves color bombs, I think a base should be created that accentuates a concept like that. We don’t need more of the old, we need new, original base designs.
