Apollyon Claim 5 NCL Quest

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Game refuses to acknowledge that I have claimed 5 NCLs (more than that now). my counter is stuck at 3.

Got a quest, didn’t like it, reset with 20 shards and got the claim 5 NCL quest
Claimed 3, went offline, came back later and claimed more. Counter does not budge past 3.
