King/Queen icon on the den page

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
My Queen is being shown as an Adolescent instead of a Young Cub on the den page and her decor doesn't fit her.

All I did was purchase an "Eye of the Youth" from the Oasis and equipped it on my Queen from my hoard. I then went onto my den to find that her icon was being shown as an adolescent rather than a young cub.
