Tutorial skipping

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
On my linked account, I have chosen to skip the tutorial as I know what to do but the tutorial has stayed and I cannot access the account, And I therefore cannot play on that account

I logged into my linked account (it's completely new)
I clicked skip tutorial
It wouldn't let me skip and I was stuck on the tutorial screen, Not able to play on my account
