What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
A tile on the Serengetti Shuffle board will occasionally get stuck and be immovable and underneath another tile. Having a line of 3 with the bugged tile will not score points nor take it off the board. At the end of the round when all pieces fall off, it isn’t included in the animation and remains on the board.

I play Serengetti Shuffle frequently and this seems to happen occasionally when playing normally.
