What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Trades What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. I wanted to report a possible bug. This morning i posted a sale in the Trade center for 100 uses of food. Some of which will expire on rollover but nothing set to expire today. Not even 10 minutes later i recieved a message saying my trade expired. Looking at my hoard i still have all the items so I'm not sure why it would expire other than a bug. Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: I created a trade in the Trade center called 100 uses of food. Marked the price at 1000sb or 1gb and no offers. Then selected the food items which were all elephant calf carcasses.  0 players like this post! Like? |

Trade expiration is handled approximately 40 minutes after rollover starts (2:45am Lioden time). This is to avoid trying to run trade expiration while the site is rolling over and during a period where a large number of people are having their own accounts roll over. You created your trade at 2:38am Lioden time, which means when the system went looking for trades containing food that would expire soon (at 2:45), it saw your trade and thought it needed to be processed. In this case, as long as you create any trades with expiring food after 2:45am Lioden time, they should be fine. :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
