Random marking replacer

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
1. Using a random marking replacer still shows as an RMA in the user log.
2. It can replace a marking with the same marking.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Used a random marking replacer on my king and it gave him white cover. Used another one and it gave him... white cover. Also, all RMRs still show as RMAs in user log.
