Broodmother

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I had a lioness that was a broodmother who passed away and I didn't save her to the Dynasty. Even after death she is still somehow a broodmother and I cannot change that or add a new brood mother.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Whenever I go to update lion on a lioness I want to make into the new broodmother check the box and hit update it tells me I already have four broodmother's and to expand my territory. I cannot take away the broodmother job to the deceased lioness because it says "This lioness doesn't exist.
